We travel down Bayou Lafourche for a look at soft shell crabs with Pointe-au-Chien tribal member Russell Dardar; his brother Donald Dardar will prepare traditional Pot Fried Crabs. Other dishes include Burrata and Crab Stuffed Ravioloni with Crab Sauce by Chef Jana Billiot and Soft Shell Crab Breakfast Toast from Chef Erik Nunley.
