
Chef Maria Loi travels to Mykonos and learns why this Greek island is so popular with tourists. Her culinary adventure began by learning Chef Miltos Karoubas's recipe for delectable onion pies. She also learned to make Chef Teta Fragiadaki's special Spinach and Leek Pie. Giving these dishes a spin, she made an open-face Onion Pita sandwich and Spinach Pie Muffins in her home in New York.
