Los vecinos se quedan sin agua porque Germán no pagó la cuota, además tienen que arreglar algunas fugas de agua, pero Germán los convence que mejor se compren una mesa de ping pong. Germán tiene un sueño muy extraño en el que Benito le muestra su posible futuro por no pagar el agua y cuando despierta decide arreglar el problema.
