First off, is Leonora Chong of Morrow's who makes her traditional Korean Bibim Bop Rice Bowl, then two chefs of Vietnamese descent cook their respective specialties: Cynthia VuTran of Café Minh with her Salmon with Red Curry Asian Slaw and Luot Nguyen of Magasin Café with her Brown Sugar Glazed Pork and Onions.
