Binky est un chat d'intérieur en forme de poire. C'est aussi un agent d'une organisation secrète appelée PURST : Protecteurs de l'univers réunis pour sauver la Terre. Avec l'aide de plusieurs autres animaux domestiques membres de la même organisation, il protège les humains et la station spatiale (c'est-à-dire leur maison) contre les extraterrestres.
