Faith Ford (Actor) .. Emily Springer
Born: September 14, 1964
Birthplace: Alexandria, Louisiana, United States
Trivia: Sweet, Southern Faith Ford is perhaps best known as perky anchorwoman Corky from the long-running sitcom Murphy Brown. After growing up in Virginia, where she honed her passion for acting in school plays, Ford headed off to New York at the age of 17 to pursue a career in show business. She began landing appearances on shows like Webster and the soap opera Another World before changing coasts and trying her luck in Hollywood. She landed a recurring role on the drama thirtysomething, and shortly following, she landed the now-iconic role of Corky on Murphy Brown. Ford stayed with the show through all of its nine seasons, using her downtime to try out other projects like the family movie North. When Murphy Brown ended its run, Ford executive produced and starred in the series Maggie Winters, which got excellent reviews but sadly lasted for only one season. Ford had no shortage of projects, however; she was cast in the hit show Norm in 1999, and in 2003, she took a starring role in the ABC series Hope & Faith, playing a typical, Midwestern mom whose world is turned upside down when her movie-star sister shows up at her door. The popular series lasted until 2006, when Ford started looking for a new project. She found what she was looking for with 2007's comedy series Carpoolers, a show about the hilarious and strange goings-on between a group of men who drive to work together.
Tom Cavanagh (Actor) .. Charles
Born: October 26, 1968
Birthplace: Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Trivia: Spent part of his childhood in a Ghana fishing village, where his parents helped build an education system. Earned three degrees, in English, biology and education, from Queens University; worked as a teacher before his acting career took off. Won a 2001 TV GUIDE Award for Actor of the Year in a New Series for Ed. Bearing a striking resemblance to actor Zach Braff, he played his older brother in a recurring role on Scrubs. In 2008, played a professor in an off-Broadway production of the play Some Americans Abroad. Starred as a detective in The Capture of the Green River Killer (2008), Lifetime's first original miniseries. In 2009, paired with Eric McCormack to headline TNT's short-lived drama series Trust Me.
Gil Bellows (Actor) .. Ray
Born: June 28, 1967
Birthplace: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
Trivia: Gil Bellows worked steadily in film throughout the mid-'90s before he achieved TV fame on the whimsical Fox comedy Ally McBeal. Born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Bellows left Canada to study acting at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Southern California. He then headed East, appearing in New York theater as well as on TV's Law & Order. Though he made his film debut in Frank Darabont's acclaimed prison drama The Shawshank Redemption (1994) and co-starred alongside Sarah Jessica Parker in Miami Rhapsody (1995), Bellows followed more in the direction of his first starring film, Love and a .45 (1994), appearing primarily in independent features. After a supporting role in The Substance of Fire (1996), Bellows starred in the British-Canadian adaptation of Bernard Malamud's The Assistant (1997) and the Canadian romantic comedy Dinner at Fred's (opposite indie queen Parker Posey), as well as the French supernatural romance Un Amour de Sorcière (1997). It was TV producer/writer David E. Kelley's innovative Ally McBeal, though, that made Bellows a well-known presence after the series debuted in 1997. As Ally/Calista Flockhart's ex-love-turned-law colleague, Bellows' Billy was a bastion of relative normalcy (at least until the third season) among the eccentric staff populating the series' fictional Boston law firm and stoking Ally's neuroses. Though Billy was supposed to last only one season, Bellows stayed for three, leaving in 2000. Bellows is married to actress Rya Kihlstedt and has one daughter.

Tricia Helfer (Actor)
Born: April 11, 1974
Birthplace: Donalda, Alberta, Canada
Trivia: A former Canadian farm girl who found fame as a highly advanced humanoid robot intent on destroying the human race, Donalda, Alberta, native Tricia Helfer was discovered by a modeling agent while still in high school and wasted no time packing her bags for New York City. It wasn't long after arriving in the Big Apple that Helfer won the "Ford Supermodel of the Year" award, with subsequent campaigns for Giorgio Armani, Chanel, and Ralph Lauren soon making her one of the most visible models in North America. Later, during an on-camera acting class intended to train her as a fashion correspondent for Canadian television, the prolific catwalk queen realized that her true ambition was to become a dramatic actress. In order to pursue her passion, Helfer set her sights on Los Angeles, with an early appearance on the Showtime's sci-fi series Jeremiah serving as both her acting debt and a sneak preview of her future success in the genre. Just one year later, Helfer was cast as seductive Cylon Number Six on the Sci-Fi Channel's miniseries Battlestar Galactica, a series that earned a rabid fan base and much critical acclaim. Helfer would go on to find continued success on the small screen, with shows like Burn Notice, Dark Blue, and The Firm.
