Season 4 · Episode 6
The city is thrown into a panic when it's reported that a serial killer who murdered 11 people in 1985 but was never caught is responsible for a recent slaying that looks eerily similar to those past crimes. Adding to the belief is a letter supposedly written by the killer claiming credit. Noland brings in the ex-cop (John Savage) who worked the case originally, but Mannion doesn't trust him. Hess: Scott MacDonald. Joyce: Dagney Kerr. Mel: Al Bello. Cheryl: Shannon Lapp. Dina: Alice Dodd.
