Patricia Heaton (Actor) .. Frankie Heck
Born: March 04, 1958
Birthplace: Cleveland, Ohio, United States
Trivia: Born and raised in Ohio, actress Patricia Heaton got her start on the stage, performing with the off-Broadway company Stage Three. In 1989, she got her screen-acting big break when she was cast in a recurring role on ABC's thirtysomething. Over the next several years, she could be seen in a number of failed sitcoms, small TV guest roles, and bit film parts. But in 1996, Heaton landed the role that would make her career, that of long-suffering matriarch Debra Barone on the hit CBS sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond. Heaton starred on the show through its nine-year run, receiving seven consecutive Emmy nominations and two wins. Following the conclusion of Everybody Loves Raymond in 2005, Heaton appeared in a pair of made-for-TV movies (The Engagement Ring and The Path to 9/11) before making her way back to sitcom territory in 2007, when she began starring as a TV news anchor opposite Kelsey Grammer on Fox's Back to You, and again 2009 for The Middle, in which she plays the lead role of Frankie Heck, a working-class mother devoted to her family despite her struggles at work and as caretaker for her ailing mother.
Neil Flynn (Actor) .. Mike Heck
Born: November 13, 1960
Birthplace: Chicago, Illinois, United States
Trivia: Comedic actor Neil Flynn cut his teeth with the renowned improv companies Second City and ImprovOlympic, the latter of which saw him study under the late improv guru Del Close. Despite his comedy-oriented aspirations, though, Flynn spent much of his early career taking bit parts in films like The Fugitive and Magnolia and on TV shows such as Doogie Howser, M.D. and Chicago Hope, often playing a cop. But in 2001, things took a decidedly positive turn when he was cast as the nameless Janitor on NBC's Scrubs, a role that was intended only for the pilot but was expanded to a regular series character in light of Flynn's performance. In addition to his live-action work, Flynn has also done a considerable amount of voice work on such animated projects as Clone High, Kim Possible, and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. Flynn left Scrubs after season 8 and took a starring role in the ABC comedy The Middle, playing patriarch Mike Heck
Eden Sher (Actor) .. Sue Heck
Born: December 26, 1991
Birthplace: Los Angeles, California, United States
Trivia: Appeared on The Tonight Show as a child when the late-night talk show filmed at her school. Her hobbies include hiking with her dogs and doing volunteer work, such as promoting sustainable agriculture in Nicaragua. Wears prosthetic braces on her teeth for her role as teenager Sue Heck in The Middle.
Atticus Shaffer (Actor) .. Brick Heck
Born: June 19, 1998
Birthplace: Pasadena, California, United States
Trivia: Named after To Kill a Mockingbird character Atticus Finch. Began acting at age 8. Has appeared in many commercials. Is a Boy Scout.
Charlie McDermott (Actor) .. Axl Heck
Born: April 06, 1990
Birthplace: West Chester, Pennsylvania, United States
Trivia: Actor Charlie McDermott got an early start to his career, snagging his first film role in 2004's thriller The Village when he was just 14. The Pennsylvania native would continue to work consistently over the next few years, appearing in the vignette comedy The Ten, as well as the Christmas drama Frozen River. In the years to come, McDermott would enjoy success in movies like Hot Tub Time Machine, and on the hit series The Middle.
Jack Mcbrayer (Actor) .. Dr. Goodwin
Born: May 27, 1973
Birthplace: Macon, Georgia, United States
Trivia: After supporting roles in such films as Blackballed: The Bobby Dukes Story and Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby, Georgia-born actor Jack McBrayer found notoriety in 2006 as the naïve NBC page Kenneth on 30 Rock. That memorable, outrageous role launched McBreyer, a Second City alumnus, and led to him landing small but memorable parts in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and The Campaign. He also found steady work as a voice-over actor in projects such as Despicable Me and Wreck-It Ralph.
Dave Foley (Actor) .. Dr. Fulton
Born: January 04, 1963
Birthplace: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Trivia: Baby-faced and Canadian, writer/actor Dave Foley dropped out of school in favor of joining the Second City Comedy Troupe in Toronto. He made his film debut in the 1986 comedy High Stakes, followed by several TV movies. He and old friend Kevin McDonald helped to form the sketch comedy group and TV series The Kids in the Hall, so named after a Jack Benny joke. Running from 1989 to 1994, the show earned a devoted following and several Emmy nominations. A contributing writer to the show, Foley also appeared in the cast. Some of his best characters include Manservant Hecubus, Bruno Puntz Jones, and the insane Jerry Sizzler. After the show's cancellation, the group stayed in contact for the 1996 feature Kids in the Hall: Brain Candy and the 2001 live tour Kids in the Hall: Same Guys New Dresses. Relocating to Los Angeles, Foley appeared in the unfortunate movie It's Pat and went to work on a new television show, starring as station manager Dave Nelson in the aptly named sitcom NewsRadio from 1995 to 1999. During this time, he also wrote, produced, and starred in the comedy The Wrong Guy, which won Best Screenplay at the U.S. Comedy Arts Festival. Working in Hollywood, he had supporting parts in the comedies Hacks, Blast From the Past, and Dick. Meanwhile, he provided the voice of Flik the Ant in A Bug's Life, Toy Story 2, and It's Tough to Be a Bug, as well as various voices in the South Park movie, the IMAX movie CyberWorld, and the miniseries From the Earth to the Moon. Mixing animation with his sketch comedy background, he then starred in Monkeybone, based in part on the graphic novel Dark Town. On-stage, he appeared in the musical comedy White Trash Wins Lotto, which ran at The Roxy in Hollywood. He also had supporting parts in the comedy features On the Line, Run Ronnie Run!, and Stark Raving Mad. In 2003, Foley returned to his native Canada to appear in the comedy Whitecoats, directed by Dave Thomas. In 2004 Foley took the gig of host for Bravo's Celebrity Poker Showdown, and two years later he returned to the Pixar fold to voice a brief cameo in Cars. In 2007 he played a major part in the infamous Uwe Boll film Postal. Fans were overjoyed when The Kids in the Hall reunited in 2010 for the six-episode series Death Comes to Town.
