Rick Hearst (Actor) .. Deputy Jones
Born: January 04, 1965
Birthplace: Queens, New York, United States
Trivia: From battling wisecracking, drug-injecting parasites to fanning the flames of passion in one of daytime television's most enduring dramas, Emmy award-winning actor Rick Hearst has transcended his genre roots to become one of the most respected actors on the small screen. A first-generation American and the product of an Italian mother from a close-knit family, Hearst was fascinated by aquatic life as a young boy and initially dreamt of a career in oceanography. His attentions shifted toward acting at the age of 12, however, when his mother remarried and the family relocated to Texas. Upon graduating from high school, Hearst was awarded an acting scholarship at the University of Texas in Austin, with numerous roles in summer stock serving to help him hone his chops on the stage. While the professional experience there was invaluable, Hearst's stint on-stage in the Lone Star State also proved a personal blessing, as it was there that he met his future wife, Donna. Soon realizing that he would need more experience if he had any hope of becoming a professional actor, the ambitious Hearst relocated to New York City, hired three agents, and began studying at the Circle in the Square conservatory. While Hearst's first substantial screen role was the lead in director Frank Henenlotter's splatter comedy classic Brain Damage (1988), it was his bit part on Days of Our Lives that served as the catalyst for his successful soap opera career, and in the following years he could be spotted on such popular shows as Guiding Light, The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, and Beverly Hills 90210. In 2002, Hearst landed his most regular daytime role up to that time, as the passionate Ric Lansing on General Hospital, a role which has earned him three Emmy nominations and two wins. Of course, Hearst is no stranger to accolades -- he had previously earned five Daytime Emmy nominations and one win for his role in Guiding Light, as well as numerous Soap Opera Digest Award nominations and wins. In 2005, Hearst appeared in the comedy Carpool Guy, which was directed by his General Hospital co-star Corbin Bernsen.
Jason London (Actor) .. Ted Young
Born: November 07, 1972
Birthplace: San Diego, California, United States
Trivia: Jason London and his identical twin Jeremy London both made their splash in Hollywood as handsome and talented young actors. Though they have shared at least one role, the two took off on vastly different career paths. The elder brother by 27 minutes, Jason sought stardom in cinema, while Jeremy found success on television playing the moody Griffin on the drama Party of Five. The London brothers were born in San Diego, CA, but raised in Oklahoma with their little sister Dedra and their mother. When they were young, their mother divorced their father, a construction worker. The London children seldom saw their father, who lived near Oklahoma City. In high school, the London brothers excelled at athletics, drama, and speech; later, along with their sister, they attended drama and modelling school in Dallas. Jason made his acting debut in Robert Mulligan's The Man in the Moon (1981). Originally, it was Jeremy who wanted the part and so asked Jason to drive him to the open casting call. At the last moment, Jason decided to try out, too. Though Jason got the role, Jeremy was hired as his stunt double. In 1993, Jason appeared in the cult favorite Dazed and Confused, an ensemble piece that painted a painfully accurate portrait of adolescence in the mid-'70s, in which London played quarterback Randy "Pink" Floyd. Other notable roles included his funny but touching turn as a small town youth who is too naïve to notice that he has fallen in love with a drag queen (John Leguizamo) in To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar (1995). Over the next several years, London would remain active on screen, appearing in movies like Mixed Signals and Killer Movie, as well as TV shows like Wildfire.

Afemo Omilami (Actor) .. Mr. Gravitt
Born: December 13, 1950
Trivia: Character actor Afemo Omilami built a career out of portraying gritty, urban types in Hollywood features, often with an aggressive edge, such as taxi drivers, longshoremen, barkeeps, drill sergeants, and angry spouses. Omilami debuted onscreen in the late '70s and evolved into an increasingly common screen presence as the years passed. The dozens of projects in which he appeared include the Tom Hanks-Shelley Long disaster comedy The Money Pit (1986), the Sydney Pollack-directed legal thriller The Firm (1993), Best Picture winner Forrest Gump (1994) (as a screaming drill sergeant), and the Ray Charles biopic Ray (2004). In 2007, Omilami joined the cast of director Deborah Kampmeier's rape-themed period drama Hounddog.
