Antonio Aguilar (Actor) .. Valente Quintero
Born: May 01, 1919
Died: June 19, 2007
Trivia: Antonio Aguilar was a major Mexican musical personality and action star of the 1950s and 1960s. His prowess at both singing and fisticuffs also enabled him to be compared favorably with several of Hollywood's top Western personalities. In films from 1952, Aguilar occasionally made appearances in American films with Mexican backgrounds. One of his most memorable English-language film roles was the antagonistic General Rojos in the sprawling, brawling John Wayne/Rock Hudson vehicle The Undefeated (1969). Aguilar died of pneumonia after a battle with heart disease at age 88.

Trivia: Though she made her first film in 1917, Mexican actress Sara Garcia's most active cinematic years were 1936 through 1957. In the early '40s, she starred in a popular series of family comedy-dramas, cast as Grandma Luisa Garcia. She played so many warm, matriarchal roles that she earned the affectionate soubriquet "The Grandmother of the Mexican Cinema." Retiring at the age of 65, Sara Garcia lived to be 85.
