Un cacique controla a su antojo el pueblo de San Isidro de las Veredas y hace lo que quiere. Sabe que puede moverse con total impunidad y nadie se atreve a enfrentarlo, pues los habitantes del lugar le deben dinero y le temen. El cura, con la ayuda de los tres hermanos Macías, logrará robarle gran parte de su mal habido dinero para devolvérselo a la gente.

Trivia:
Antonio Aguilar was a major Mexican musical personality and action star of the 1950s and 1960s. His prowess at both singing and fisticuffs also enabled him to be compared favorably with several of Hollywood's top Western personalities. In films from 1952, Aguilar occasionally made appearances in American films with Mexican backgrounds. One of his most memorable English-language film roles was the antagonistic General Rojos in the sprawling, brawling John Wayne/Rock Hudson vehicle The Undefeated (1969). Aguilar died of pneumonia after a battle with heart disease at age 88.
