El otrora bandido y revolucionario Porfirio se dedica, ahora, a trabajar sus tierras. Más conocido como "El ojo de vidrio", está convencido de que la revolución ha llegado a su fin. Por lo que la guerra, para él, ha quedado en el pasado. Sin embargo, el asesinato de un líder revolucionario lo convoca nuevamente a tomar las armas.

Trivia:
Antonio Aguilar was a major Mexican musical personality and action star of the 1950s and 1960s. His prowess at both singing and fisticuffs also enabled him to be compared favorably with several of Hollywood's top Western personalities. In films from 1952, Aguilar occasionally made appearances in American films with Mexican backgrounds. One of his most memorable English-language film roles was the antagonistic General Rojos in the sprawling, brawling John Wayne/Rock Hudson vehicle The Undefeated (1969). Aguilar died of pneumonia after a battle with heart disease at age 88.
