Morwenna Banks (Actor) .. Mummy Pig /Madame Gazelle /Dr. Hamster the Vet
Born: September 14, 1961
Birthplace: Flushing, Cornwall, England
Trivia: Morwenna Banks is best known for her oddball character portrayals in British and American TV comedy programs. These programs include situation comedies such as Baddiel's Syndrome, a 2001 British series about thirtysomethings who sit around engaging in trivial conversation reminiscent of Seinfeld discourse; The Strangerers, a 2000 British series in which Banks plays the "supersupervisor" of bumbling aliens who visit earth; and Saturday Night Live, the weekly American comedy program specializing in satire and parody (Banks appeared in episodes airing in 1994 and 1995). Banks has also served as a writer and producer, acted in several motion pictures, and performed numerous voice-over roles. For example, in 2000, Banks was the voice of Britain's Prince William in a Channel 4 production entitled Will's World, an animated feature directed by Oscar winner Bob Godfrey that pokes fun at the young royal on the occasion of his 18th birthday. In 1999, she lent her voice to a well-received animated production entitled The Big Knights, about two dimwitted paladins called Sir Boris and Sir Morris who keep a dog and a hamster known as Sir Horace and Sir Doris. In 1998, Banks was the voice of two animated characters, Claire Feeble and Heather Perfect, in Stressed Eric, a Simpsons-esque BBC2 production about a family tested to the limits by the pressures of everyday life. Banks has also appeared in motion pictures -- all flops or near-flops (examples: The Announcement and Large, both 2000), but she succeeded magnificently in 2001 when she gave birth to a daughter, Dolly. The father was boyfriend David Baddiel (the star of Baddiel's Syndrome). Banks, who was born in 1964, has a first name that puzzles non-Brits. "Morwenna" is an old name of Cornish-Welsh-Celtic origin; there is a 5th century saint named Morwenna, as well as many English churches that bear the name.

David Rintoul (Actor) .. Granddad Dog /Mr. Bull
Born: November 29, 1948
Birthplace: Aberdeen
Trivia: Thanks to actors like David Rintoul, the television miniseries has become a formidable art form. Unencumbered by the time limitations of the typical film, television movie, or stage play, the TV miniseries can take four, eight, or even 12 hours to develop themes, characters, and plots -- often based on classic literary works. Characters have time to grow, learn, make mistakes, and recite lines from Shakespeare, Jane Austen, or Victor Hugo. Consequently, miniseries attract good actors, good scripts, and, of course, big audiences. David Rintoul has made a career out of performing roles in miniseries, some of them among the best ever made. In 2001, he played the ship's surgeon, Dr. Clive, in the celebrated Horatio Hornblower series, appearing in Hornblower: Retribution and Hornblower: Mutiny. Rintoul began appearing in miniseries in 1975, when he played Jock Graham in Lord Peter Wimsey: Five Red Herrings. Three years later, he took on roles in two more miniseries, Prince Regent and the acclaimed Lillie, a biodrama about British actress and socialite Lillie Langtry. In 1979, Rintoul became Fitzwilliam Darcy in Pride and Prejudice, a miniseries that helped whet the appetite for the Jane Austen films and miniseries of the 1990s. In 1985, Rintoul went back in time to play Linus in the ten-hour miniseries A.D. (also know as A.D.: Anno Domini), which chronicled the lives of Christ's apostles as they spread the gospel in the Roman Empire of Tiberius, Caligula, and Nero. Rintoul also performed in many continuing TV series, as well as plays performed throughout England. For example, he starred as Macbeth in a touring Old Vic production and as Prince Hal in Henry IV, Pt. I and Henry IV, Pt. II in Royal Shakespeare Company productions. Rintoul received his training at Edinburgh University and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, then worked in repertory productions. After his acting had developed "bite," he portrayed a werewolf in a 1975 film, Legend of the Werewolf, working with Christopher Lee and Hugh Griffith.
Andy Hamilton (Actor) .. Mr. Elephant
Born: May 28, 1954
Birthplace: Fulham, London
Trivia: Performed in the Cambridge University Light Entertainment Society. Worked at Harrods and the Post Office throughout the 1970s, before joining the BBC. Wrote, directed and starred in BBC Radio 4 series Old Harry's Game between 1995 and 2012. Co-presented BBC Radio 4's Woman's Hour in 2007, as part of Comic Relief. Released his first novel, The Star Witness, in 2016.
Alexander Armstrong (Actor) .. Mr. Wolf /Captain Dog
Born: February 03, 1970
Birthplace: Rothbury, Northumberland, England
Trivia: Was accepted to Durham School on a music scholarship, but later dropped the cello for the oboe because he thought it was more masculine. Attended Cambridge at that same time as Ben Miller, his future comedy partner, and Richard Osman, his future co-host on Pointless. Was offered the job of hosting Countdown after Des O'Connor left in 2008, but declined for fear of becoming pigeonholed as a presenter. Has presented a weekly programme on the classical radio station Classic FM since 2014. In 2015, released his debut album A Year of Songs; became the first British comedian to top the UK classical albums chart. Is the patron of the charity Just a Drop, which helps provide clean water to developing countries.
Debbie Macdonald (Actor) .. Mummy Sheep
Brian Blessed (Actor) .. Grampy Rabbit
Born: October 09, 1936
Birthplace: Mexborough
Trivia: Although mention of his name may not turn heads in the States, Brian Blessed's booming, authoritative voice will. A brute actor from Mexborough, Yorkshire, with the stature to back his vocal chords, Blessed's unique ability to inject his characters with a quick wit and cunning guile helped him thrive in both film and television since his small-screen debut in 1962. A lifelong adventurer who spent his childhood days enthralled by the wonders of BBC radio's The Lost World, Blessed was frequently tardy for classes due to his unyielding desire to learn the secrets of the farthest corners of the world. He endeared himself to British audiences with his role as PC "Fancy" Smith in the popular BBC crime series Z Cars, and followed that up a few years later as Porthos in the 1966 U.K. miniseries The Three Musketeers. Blessed progressed into feature films with a role in The Christmas Tree that same year, and though he frequently returned to television for roles in such hits as The Avengers and Doctor Who, impressive performances in The Trojan Women (1971) and Man of La Mancha (1972) showed his diversity and effectiveness on the big screen, as well. In 1976 alone, Blessed appeared in no less than six made-for-TV efforts, and, by the '80s, he began to attract attention overseas. Perhaps the actor's most widely seen performance was that of the heroic Prince Vultan in Mike Hodges' 1980 comic-book, sci-fi adventure Flash Gordon, and a subsequent performance as King Richard IV in the hit 1983 BBC comedy Black Adder reinforced his status in Britain. Blessed next stole the show as Long John Silver in the 1985 miniseries Return to Treasure Island. His Shakespearean skills took center stage for Kenneth Branagh's Henry V (1989), Much Ado About Nothing (1993), and Hamlet (1996), and, in 1999, Blessed directed himself in a U.K. version of King Lear. That same year, he gained even more international exposure when he essayed a small role in Star Wars: Episode 1 -- The Phantom Menace and provided vocal work for Disney's Tarzan. As video-game producers began courting actors to provide vocal work for their interactive adventures, they tapped Blessed to appear in such titles as Kingdom Hearts and Warhammer 40,000: Fire Warrior. After taking the lead in the 2003 horror film Devil's Harvest, Blessed once again traveled back in time for a role in Oliver Stone's Alexander (2004).
