Sean Hayes
(Actor)
.. Larry Fine
Born:
June 26, 1970
Birthplace: Glen Ellyn, Illinois, United States
Trivia:
Born June 26, 1970, as the youngest of five children, Hayes has since compared his suburban Chicago upbringing to "being raised by a family of wild dingoes." After high school in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, he attended Illinois State University, where he supported himself as a classical pianist and performed in a pop band. Following his graduation, where he was awarded a degree in performance and conducting, he went to work in the Chicago theater. For several years, he served as the musical director of the Pheasant Run Theater, often acting in productions in addition to writing music for them. He was also a member of the famed Second City improvisational group and performed standup comedy in clubs in Chicago and Los Angeles. While still living in Chicago, Hayes began finding TV work, notably in the series Silk Stalkings. In 1998, he made his film debut in Billy's Hollywood Screen Kiss, in which he played the title character, a gay photographer in search of love. The film received both a favorable reception at Sundance and a wide art house release. It was while he was at Sundance promoting the movie that Hayes was asked to audition for the part of the straightlaced lawyer Will in the upcoming Will & Grace. Preferring the role of Will's friend Jack, Hayes auditioned for that part instead, and subsuquently became a full fledged star for his portrayal of the beloved character. Following the show's eight year run, Hayes would enjoy a variety of projects, appearing in films like The Bucket List, Soul Men, and The Three Stooges. After logging several high-profile guest runs on TV shows like Up All Night and Smash, Hayes tried to mount his television comeback with his own show, Sean Saves the World, in 2013. The show only lasted on season, but Hayes quickly rebounded by joining the cast of The Millers in season 2. He also launched a successful production company, executive producing shows like Grimm, Hot in Cleveland and The Soul Man, and created the game show Hollywood Game Night.
Will Sasso
(Actor)
.. Curly Howard
Born:
May 24, 1975
Birthplace: Ladner, British Columbia, Canada
Trivia:
Character actor Will Sasso commenced onscreen work in the early '90s and -- while known to tackle material from a plethora of genres -- particularly specialized in comic material. From the late '90s through the early 2000s, Sasso honed his comedic skills a cast member of the popular sketch comedy show Madtv. He also guest-starred on such series as The X-Files, Family Guy, and Entourage; had longer stints on the sci-fi series Sliders and the marriage sitcom 'Til Death; and garnered a regular role on the workplace comedy Less Than Perfect from its second to fourth (and final) season. Early film credits include such farces as Ernest Goes to School (1994), Ski School 2 (1995), Happy Gilmore (1996), and Beverly Hills Ninja (1997). Sasso teamed with Christopher Guest and company for the acclaimed mockumentary Best in Show (2000), and worked for critical favorite Richard Kelly (Donnie Darko) on that director's darkly comic, dystopian epic Southland Tales in 2006. He had a major part in College Road Trip, but he enjoyed his most high-profile exposure when he was cast as Curly in The Three Stooges in 2012.

Born:
May 09, 1975
Birthplace: Toronto, Ontario, Canada
Trivia:
Toronto-born Chris Diamantopoulos began his professional acting career at a young age, appearing in TV commercials and professional theater productions when he was only 9 years old. Despite the early experience, Diamantopoulos studied his craft at East York Collegiate Institute before heading to New York to test his true star potential. He didn't begin appearing on American screens until the early 2000s, with small roles on shows like Law and Order and Charmed. He had a memorable turn as an effeminate decorator in the 2008 mini-series The Starter Wife, but his big break didn't come until 2012, when he was cast as Moe in the Farrelley Brothers comedy The Three Stooges.
Jane Lynch
(Actor)
.. Mother Superior
Born:
July 14, 1960
Birthplace: Dolton, IL
Trivia:
Writer, actress, and comedian Jane Lynch is a slim six-feet-tall and usually wears her blonde hair cropped in a pixie cut. Born in Illinois, she went to a public university and got her M.F.A. in theater from Cornell. Her extensive theater background involved touring with the Second City comedy troupe and playing Carol Brady in The Real Live Brady Bunch. She also wrote and starred in the award-winning play Oh Sister, My Sister. Originally produced in 1998, the play kicked off the Lesbians in Theater program at the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center in 2004. Lynch's other stage credits include Tales of the Lost Formicans, Ennui, and Waiting for Iggy. She made her film debut in 1988 with a small role in the body-switching comedy Vice Versa. On television, she was in the Lifetime movie In the Best Interest of the Children and made numerous guest appearances on sitcoms. After some meager roles in Straight Talk, The Fugitive, and Fatal Instinct, she had the good fortune to join Christopher Guest's gang of improvisational comic actors. Her breakthrough role was butch Christy Cummings, the personal dog handler to trophy wife Sheri Ann Cabot (Jennifer Coolidge) in the 2000 mockumentary Best in Show. Over the next two years, she played a government agent in the action movie Collateral Damage, a sarcastic nurse in the ABC medical comedy MDs, and a 1940s-style receptionist in the TNT movie The Big Time. In 2003, she reunited with the cast from Best in Show for the musical spoof A Mighty Wind. She performed her own music in the role of Laurie Bohner, the former porn star and member of the New Main Street Singers. In 2004, Lynch appeared in Sleepover, Little Black Boot, and The Californians. Over the course of the next few years, Lynch remained one of the comedy world's best kept secrets while getting steady work in film and television. But that secret wouldn't be kept for long, because in 2009, after essaying a recurring role on the hit Showtime series The L Word, Lynch made a major impression on television viewers as villainous cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester on the hit musical series Glee -- a role for which she was awarded both an Emmy and a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress.
Jennifer Hudson
(Actor)
.. Sister Rosemary
Born:
September 12, 1981
Birthplace: Chicago, Illinois, United States
Trivia:
A source of perpetual inspiration to millions of young hopefuls, African-American pop diva-turned-actress Jennifer Hudson proved -- with glorious bravado -- that the most gifted and determined young talents can bounce back from a painful and public rejection and land squarely at the pinnacle of success, transcending even what they might have accomplished had the initial rejection never occurred. Born September 12, 1981, in Chicago, IL, Hudson was blessed with an astounding vocal range of six octaves and a perfect musical ear as a young girl, and rigorously trained as a chanteuse from the age of seven, initially in her Baptist church choir, then in dozens upon dozens of stage musicals and talent shows during adolescence. After high school, she briefly attended college but dropped out not long after. In 2002, 21-year-old Hudson landed a job as featured vocalist on the Disney Wonder cruise ship. Circa 2004, with American audiences deep in the throes of reality television, Hudson auditioned in Atlanta, GA, for the third season of Fox's American Idol series, made the cut, and quickly moved along to the semifinalist round. Her songs as a participant in the series included Whitney Houston's "I Have Nothing," Elton John's "The Circle of Life," and Martha & the Vandellas' "(Love Is Like a) Heat Wave." Though Ryan Seacrest later indicated that Hudson received a higher number of votes than any performer from a previous episode, Hudson was unceremoniously eliminated from the running. Reigning judge Randy Jackson -- a highly respected music producer -- brought Hudson back in the "wildcard" round to join the finalists, but with seven contenders remaining, Hudson was booted off of the series -- despite the well-publicized fact that her range and ability clearly outflanked those of her competitors. That decision infuriated millions; Elton John -- a previous guest judge on Idol -- accused Simon Cowell and others of stark racism, while other commentators, acknowledging that two of Hudson's competitors were also African-American, suspected a deliberate decision to split the contenders demographically. Regardless of the reason, Hudson quickly overcame her disappointment. In late 2005, Hudson auditioned among 783 hopefuls for the lead role of Effi "Melody" White, a female vocalist unfairly ousted from the ranks of a three-member female pop group in the early '60s -- because, ironically, her "look" isn't right -- in Chicago scribe Bill Condon's hotly anticipated late 2006 film musical Dreamgirls, an adaptation of the early '80s Tony award-winning Broadway hit. An ecstatic Hudson landed the part while cutting her first album (roundly trumping the 2004 Idol winner, Fantasia Barrino, in the process), and had to gain almost 25 pounds to perfect Effi's "look" onscreen. Production commenced in January 2006. A media blitz surrounded Hudson's triumph in the role that lifted her into the limelight even months prior to the stateside release of Dreamgirls in December 2006. This buzz included a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination and widespread comparisons to Jennifer Holliday, who originated the Effi role on Broadway in 1981. These predictions began to come true, starting with a win for Best Supporting Actress at that year's Golden Globes awards. The Cinderella story materialized in full on Oscar night when she captured the Best Supporting Actress trophy. The press helped Hudson land a record deal with Clive Davis' J Records, which slated the release of her premiere album for January 2007, mere weeks after the stateside debut of Dreamgirls. Her acting career continued in the 2008 period drama The Secret Life of Bees, and that same year she joined the cast of Sex In the City for their big-screen debut. In 2011 she starred in a biopic of Winnie Mandela, and tried her hand at comedy with the 2012 farce The Three Stooges.
Craig Bierko
(Actor)
.. Mac
Born:
August 18, 1964
Birthplace: Rye Brook, New York, United States
Trivia:
Following an early career that mainly included small parts on Empty Nest, Murphy Brown, and other assorted sitcoms, Craig Bierko made a number of unsuccessful stabs at stardom in feature films with leading-man roles in the poorly received comedies Sour Grapes, The Suburbans, and Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star. He also starred opposite Gretchen Mol in 1999's sci-fi dud The Thirteenth Floor. In 2005, Bierko's career began to pick up steam when he bulked up to play boxer Max Baer in Ron Howard's Cinderella Man. Playing opposite acting heavyweights Russell Crowe and Paul Giamatti, Bierko held his own and received high marks from critics. He parlayed the success of the performance into an extended arc on ABC's Boston Legal, and in 2007 was cast as the lead on Fox's The Rules for Starting Over, a romantic sitcom about a divorced man's reluctant attempts at entering the dating scene. In 2012, he played a supporting role in Peter and Bobby Farrelly's reboot of The Three Stooges.
Stephen Collins
(Actor)
.. Mr. Harter
Born:
October 01, 1947
Birthplace: Des Moines, Iowa, United States
Trivia:
American actor Stephen Collins was endowed with the sort of prep-school handsomeness that could adapt to heroics and villainy with equal aplomb. A graduate of Amherst and a veteran of the Broadway stage, Collins made his film bow in a microscopic role in All the President's Men (1976). He was seen to better advantage with a whole crop of relative newcomers in Joan Micklin Silver's low-budget Between the Lines (1977), then graduated to "A" parts in "A" pictures, such as the role of Decker in Star Trek: The Motion Picture (1978). Television has always been kind to Stephen Collins: he received substantial acting assignments in the 1977 anthology Best Sellers (as David Spaulding in the "Rhineman Exchange" story arc), the 1982 Indiana Jones derivation Tales of the Gold Monkey (lead role, as Jake Cutter), the 1988 weekly Tattinger's (title role), and the 1990 middle-age-angst sitcom Working it Out (as David Stewart). Eventually he became known for his role as the family patriarch in the Christian-oriented series 7th Heaven (1996-2003). In 2012, Collins played a supporting role in The Farrelly brothers' film reboot of Three Stooges. He would continue to work on television as well, taking guest spots on shows like The Office and Devious Maids, and a recurring role on the second season of Revolution.
Larry David
(Actor)
.. Sister Mary-Mengele
Born:
July 02, 1947
Birthplace: Brooklyn, New York, United States
Trivia:
The reigning curmudgeon of TV comedy, Emmy-winning Larry David is a rare case of lightning striking twice on the small screen. Not only did he make television history with Seinfeld -- one of the most popular sitcoms to ever grace the airwaves -- but two years after the series ended, David made a stellar return with the hit HBO series Curb Your Enthusiasm. A New York City native raised in the Brooklyn, David has often claimed that his carefree childhood made for a rough transition into a miserable adulthood. He began his career as a standup comic in the early to mid-'70s, with middling results at best, a period during which he also met another, albeit more successful, comedian, Jerry Seinfeld, who would also become a lifelong friend. A few years later, success was still eluding David, though, in 1979, he got his first taste of fame as a writer and performer for the Saturday Night Live knock-off Fridays. Television definitely seemed to provide a better vehicle for David's unique brand of humor, and he later got a job as a writer for Saturday Night Live during its 1984-1985 season. The blessing became a curse, however, when David failed to gel with the SNL crew, his brief tenure on the show yielding only one on-air sketch, which was relegated to the evening's final segment. David spent much of the rest of the '80s appearing in small roles in such films as Radio Days (1987) and New York Stories (1989). As the decade drew to a close, Seinfeld was in negotiations to develop a pilot for NBC, and he turned to his old friend David for inspiration, thus giving birth to the wildly popular "show about nothing." Starring Seinfeld, Michael Richards, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Jason Alexander as a quartet of self-involved New Yorkers, Seinfeld debuted in 1990 (after its 1989 pilot episode) and remained on the air for nine seasons. In addition to serving as one of the driving creative forces of the show, David was also the inspiration for the George Constanza character (Alexander) and frequently provided voice-over work. In 1996, David took a sabbatical from the series in order to try his hand at writing and directing a feature film. Though Sour Grapes didn't exactly strike gold at the box office, it did offer a healthy dose of David's trademark acerbic humor and eventually found a second life on the home video market. David returned to Seinfeld in 1998 to craft its final episode. Although he initially opposed returning to the rigors of television, 1999 saw the airing of the HBO special Larry David: Curb Your Enthusiasm, which, told in mockumentary style, echoed the comedian's past by weaving the tale of a failed former standup comic whose bid to return to the spotlight yielded predictably disastrous results. The show was a hit and prompted HBO to offer David his own series. Curb Your Enthusiasm would prove a massive hit, and the show -- famously featuring improvised dialogue -- would run for several seasons.

Antonio Sabato Jr.
(Actor)
.. Handsome Guy #1
Born:
February 29, 1972
Birthplace: Rome, Italy
Trivia:
When heartthrob Antonio Sabato Jr. joined the cast of ABC's soap opera General Hospital in the spring of 1992, the show jumped from seventh to third in the daytime Nielsen Ratings. The relative newcomer inspired over 300 fan letters a week, appeared on the cover of TV Guide, and landed a coveted spot in People Magazine's 50 Most Beautiful People issue. He has since proven to be one of the hottest commodities to come out of daytime television, nabbing a series of prime-time roles, publishing a best-selling "beefcake" calendar, and modeling in the most successful Calvin Klein Underwear campaign in the company's history.A leap year baby, Sabato was born in Rome, Italy, on February 29, 1972. His father, Antonio Sabato Sr., a veteran Italian actor with credits in dozens of spaghetti Westerns and his mother, Yvonne, a real estate agent, moved Sabato and his sister to Beverly Hills in 1984. Knowing very little English, Sabato spent his time watching American television and taking ESL courses. He attended Beverly Hills High, where he took acting classes as a way to practice his new language and make friends. At 16, Sabato left school and temporarily moved to New York in an effort to experience life on his own.In 1989, after earning his G.E.D., Sabato decided to concentrate on acting. With his father's help, he secured a role in the 1990 Italian film Karate Rock. That same year, he appeared stateside as the topless hunk in Janet Jackson's video for "Love Will Never Do Without You." This led to Sabato's television debut as Jagger Cates, a good-hearted, hash-slinging boxer on General Hospital. For his performance in one of daytime's most memorable and brooding roles -- Jagger's moody leitmotif was Chris Isaak's "Wicked Game" -- Sabato earned Soap Opera Digest Award nominations for Hottest Male and Outstanding Newcomer. Banking on his newfound fame, the actor began moonlighting in movies of the week, starring opposite Dallas' Linda Gray as a deadly Casanova in Moment of Truth: Why My Daughter? (1993) and Beverly Hills 90210's Shannon Dougherty as an escaped convict in Jailbreakers (1994).Sabato shocked fans when he abruptly left General Hospital in 1994 (though they did temporarily forgive him when he returned to the show for a brief cameo a year later). He subsequently joined the cast of NBC's Earth 2, a prime-time science fiction series about a group of humans who must flee Earth when it becomes uninhabitable. Developed by Steven Spielberg's Amblin Entertainment and produced by Michael Dugan (Law & Order), Carol Flint (China Beach), and Mark Levin (The Wonder Years), the show had an impressive pedigree and was expected to be a smash hit. Yet, audiences did not buy into its futuristic premise, which featured Sabato as a rocket pilot; NBC canceled Earth 2 after only one season. Hesitant to commit himself to another series, Sabato signed on to appear as Amanda's (Heather Locklear) abusive ex-husband in six episodes of FOX's Melrose Place before starring in a succession of television films. In Her Hidden Truth (1995), he played a smitten cop who helps wrongfully convicted Kellie Martin clear her name. In If Looks Could Kill: From the Files of America's Most Wanted (1996), he portrayed real-life con artist and murderer John Hawkins. Trivia:
A picture of bronze beauty whose radiant personality and unwavering devotion to family endeared her to Univision viewers when she debuted as host the popular 1995 travel series Fuera de Serie, model/actress Sofía Vergara's crossover appeal was cemented when a memorable performance on the FOX Network's 1995 American Comedy Awards launched her almost instantaneously into Hollywood stardom. Born on July 10th, 1972 in Barranquilla, Colombia, Vergara joined an extended, musically-inclined family that included five brothers and sisters in addition to many cousins, quiet and studious Vergara attended the private bilingual school Marymount while dreaming of a future career in dentistry. At the age of 18, Vergara married the man who had been her childhood sweetheart since age eleven, and soon thereafter the young couple gave birth to a baby boy. Thanks to years of hard work and intense studies it appeared as if young Vergara was at last close to realizing her childhood dream of becoming a dentist, though an innocent walk on the beach proved that fate had other things in store for the career-minded beauty. Glimpsed by a well-known photographer as she strolled the shore in her native Colombia, Vergara was soon stepping in front of the cameras to appear in a Pepsi commercial that soon made her a recognizable face across the country. A move to Bogotá two years later found Vergara making a name for herself on the runway as well as the small screen, and soon the rising starlet's popularity would spread stateside when she accepted an offer to host the globetrotting Univision series Fuera de serie. Her undeniable charm even more infectious on screen than it was in the glossy pages of high fashion magazines, Vergara was an instant hit and soon branched out as host of the weekly prime-time variety-show A Que No Te Atreves. When a brief but memorable performance at the 1995 American Comedy Awards found her appeal reaching even further beyond Spanish-speaking audiences and into the American mainstream, it didn't take long for Hollywood to come calling. In 2002, many American filmgoers got their first look at the up-and-coming actress when Vergara appeared in a supporting role in director Barry Sonnenfeld's ill-fated comedy Big Trouble. Pushed back from its original release date of 2001 due in large to sensitivities resulting from a plot involving a bomb and an airplane, Big Trouble died quickly at the box office before hastily being relegated to life on the home-video market. Though her following two films, Chasing Papi and The 24th Day, didn't fare much better at the box office, Vergara's winning performance in the high-flying 2004 comedy Soul Plane did well in showcasing both her remarkable beauty and impeccable comic timing. Her subsequent role in the animated IMAX film Robots found her stepping behind the cameras for her first voice-over role, though audiences could rest assured that in 2005 Vergara would be back in front of the lens not only in director Catherine Hardwicke's eagerly anticipated Dogtown and Z-Boys companion piece The Lords of Dogtown but the comedies Pledge This! and Grilled as well. However, Vergara is most recognizable for her starring role as Gloria Delgado-Pritchett on the award winning television drama Modern Family, and would remain active over the following years with appearances in New Year's Eve (2011), The Three Stooges (2012), Machete Kills (2013) and Chef (2014). She landed her first true starring role in 2015, opposite Reese Witherspoon in Hot Pursuit.
