This class begins by awakening the body with a slow and steady flow to prepare for stillness in a guided meditation that will infuse tranquility and peace. A little movement into the body with awareness of the breath, profoundly helps quiet the mind, turn the chatter off, so one can settle into meditation with less resistance and more ease. The class begins gently and gradually builds into variations of sun salutations to get the blood flowing and awaken the energy centers in the body.
