Trivia: Father John was the Bishop of Saint Edmundsbury and Ipswich between 1986 and 1992. Was appointed headboy in his final year at school. Was approached by a member of the intelligence services and was invited to London for interview during his final year at university. Met Steve Punt in the Cambridge Footlights, they have worked together on many projects since. Worked at Unilever before finding success as a comedian.

Plays schoolgirl Erin Quinn in Derry Girls, but is 8 years older than her on-screen character. Was listed as 'the Next Irish Star Actress' in April 2016 by the Irish Independent Magazine. Joined the Birmingham Repertory Centre's production of Of Mice and Men for a UK tour in 2016. Has worked with Sam Mendes on his hit West-End play The Ferryman.

Played the cameo role of a shop worker named Pete in Rocketman, the 2019 Elton John biopic.
