Episode 1 - Supersized Besties

Four obese best friends struggle to lose weight together. Meghan had bariatric surgery, but she has stopped shedding pounds. Vannessa hopes to get surgery but gorges on fast food with her family. They visit Dr. Procter to get back on track.
Episode 2 - Large and In Charge

After disappointing weigh-ins with Dr. Procter, Meghan and Vannessa are determined to do better. All four besties attempt to conquer a massive waterslide. Then, meeting with a nutritionist and therapist motivates Vannessa to confront her enabling sister.
Episode 3 - We're Not a Joke

Meghan organizes a glamping trip for the group, but tempers flare when Vannessa and Tina have trouble sorting out their differences. A challenging bungee workout has Ashely considering a second bariatric surgery.
Episode 4 - Getting Her Sexy Back

Meghan attempts to gain body confidence by shopping for toys at an adult store. Vannessa prepares to move away from her toxic sister, Jakie. Also, the best friends struggle with a barbarian fitness boot camp.
Episode 5 - Beauty and the Beach

After Tina struggles to play with her kids at the park, Meghan confronts her. The ladies go to Florida so Meghan can fulfill her dream of walking on the beach again, but things go awry when one friend gets too drunk and the others have to babysit.

It's time for the best friends to face the biggest challenge on their trip -- walking on the beach. Tina has an eye-opening appointment with Dr. Procter. Also, a shameful secret from Vannessa's past threatens to jeopardize her diet.

During therapy, Vannessa finally confronts the demons from her past. Meghan and Vannessa struggle to drop as many pounds as possible before they finally weigh in with Dr. Procter. Also, Vannessa makes an emotional plea to her estranged sister.
Episode 8 - Ride or Die From Jr. High

Vannessa works to repair the fractured relationship with her sister before going under the knife. Tina weighs in with Dr. Procter to see if she still needs surgery. Also, Meghan has an eventful encounter with an ex at her high school reunion.
