Vannessa's decades-long friendship with Meghan and Ashely is on the verge of collapse. Scott, a new face at Dr. Procter's office, gets a wake-up call after stepping on the scale.
Episode 3 - Matchmaker, Make Me a Plate

Meghan, Ashely and Vannessa are ready to let the ice thaw by taking an ice plunge! While Tina faces her next challenge of getting approved for surgery, Ashely is faced with the hard truth that having a baby may be out of reach.
Episode 4 - Don't Cry for Me, Our Tina

Panic sets in for Tina on her surgery day. Vannessa bares all for yet another plastic surgeon in hopes of getting her skin removal surgery. If Scott's mom exposes his lies to Dr. Procter, his weight-loss journey could be derailed forever.
Episode 5 - The Assassination of Betsy Mae

Vannessa takes a massive step forward on her weight loss journey. Scott addresses the mental side of his food addiction after the girls confront him about not losing enough weight. Tina struggles to adjust to her new life without her best friend: food.
Episode 6 - Cheese As Far As I Can See

Vannessa shows off her body for the first time since her skin removal surgery. Tina continues to mourn the loss of her favorite foods and questions whether the surgery was even worth it. Ashley's dreams of becoming a mother hit another roadblock.
Episode 7 - Pouty, Chance of Meatballs

Scott books a mountain vacation for the BFFs in hopes of snapping Tina out of her post-surgery funk. It's all fun and games in the great outdoors, but emotions run high when hunger strikes, and old wounds are ripped open between Meghan and Vannessa.
Episode 8 - The Good, The Bad and Hungry

Scott goes under the knife. Vannessa and Meghan deal with the fallout of their fight on the cabin trip. The removal group celebrates their progress at an awards luncheon. One final weigh-in determines whether Meghan can get revision surgery.
