Episode 1 - Meet the Slaton Sisters

Tipping the scales at over 1,000 pounds combined, the Slaton sisters try to lose enough weight to qualify for and undergo life-changing bariatric surgery and pursue their dreams.
Episode 2 - 1,000 Pounds to Freedom

Amy and Tammy have decided to get weight loss surgery and endure an eight hour car ride to meet a bariatric surgeon. While there, they arrange a meet-and-greet with their social media followers.
Episode 3 - Breaking Point

Amy and Tammy are ready to return home after a week in Atlanta. At home, the sisters decide to purge their pantry of junk food and struggle with cravings.
Episode 4 - A House Divided

After having a huge fight with Tammy, Amy heads out for a much-needed date night with her husband Michael. All the problems with her sister are making it difficult for her to focus on her diet and Amy admits she wants Tammy out of the house.
Episode 5 - Wedding and Weigh-ins

If Amy gets approved for surgery, she worries she could die on the operating table so she's determined to have the dream wedding ceremony she never had. But when she goes wedding dress shopping, she isn't able to try on anything at the store.
Episode 6 - Under the Knife

After Tammy has her final weigh-in at Dr. Procter's office and finds out that she hasn't met her goal, she lashes out at Amy and shuts down when they head back to their hotel. Then, Amy prepares for surgery and Tammy turns to online love interest, Jerry.
