Episode 2 - GraceEli falls for a woman (Katie Holmes) after he meets her at a baseball game; Jordan goes up against Marci and Martin for control of the partnership and Eli must choose between the woman and helping Jordan.

Episode 3 - UnwrittenEli is forced to make a difficult decision as to whether he should he should help Jordan in his case against the firm or take on a case against a lead paint manufacturer; Eli learns an important lesson about his visions from his father's journal.

Episode 4 - Should I Stay or Should I Go?With the firm splitting up, Posner and Klein are trying to woo the lawyers with big perks, while Jordan and Eli are trying to keep them to do good; Eli's has visions of Maggie and her fiance, which Eli interprets as needing to tell Maggie about his infidelity.

Episode 5 - The HumanitarianEli tries to keep the new firm afloat by snagging a billionaire client but he receives a vision telling him to stay away from the client's case; Matt and Maggie have decide where their loyalties lie - with their new firm or with the people they left behind; Patti enlists Keith's assistance when her daughter, Angela, is arrested for a DUI.

Episode 6 - Happy Birthday, NateThrough a series of visions, Eli becomes his own father on the night his dad ruined Nate's 12th birthday party, which gives him insight on his case involving a teenage boy trying to legally emancipate himself from his father; Jordan strongly advises Taylor to inform Matt about her pregnancy; Keith reconnects with Patti's daughter, Angela, only to find out that she may be in worse trouble than he feared.

Episode 7 - Help!Eli's latest vision has Patti telling him her daughter is innocent of stealing drugs from medical school; Patti and Keith don't believe Angela's innocent while it's revealed Patti has her own addiction issues; Matt sets up a special date with Taylor by getting tickets to go see her favorite singer - Seal.

Episode 8 - Owner of a Lonely HeartEli's girlfriend, Ashley, finds out the truth about his condition; Eli's latest vision advises him to represent a college dropout who is destined to win the Nobel Prize; Taylor represents Jordan in his divorce from Ellen, but finds out something in Jordan's past that threatens to ruin their relationship forever.

Episode 9 - Twin MinistersEli spends more time with Beth to see if she's really in love with someone else, as he saw in a past vision, before he tries to convince Nate not to marry her; Eli and Keith represent a pastor fighting discrimination charges; Matt and Taylor receive potentially devastating news about the fetus.

Episode 10 - SonomaEli and Maggie join Taylor and Matt in Sonoma to retain a witness held in county jail who may provide the answer to why a news anchor lost a job at one of the biggest media corporations; the lawyers look to free the witness from prison but the judge, an acquaintance from Matt's past, delivers a vengeful blow; feelings begin to resurface between Eli and Maggie as they work together again.

Episode 13 - Flight PathEli's latest visions leads him to believe someone close to him will die in a plane crash; Eli and Keith take on the case of a woman needing a heart transplant, but a doner's religious parents refuse to give her their daughter's heart because she is an atheist; Taylor and Matt get engaged and Maggie's faith in Eli is tested.
