Episode 1 - Season 1, Episode 1A chance accident brings Charlotte Heywood to Sanditon, a seaside resort on the cusp of dramatic change. Spirited and unconventional, Charlotte is initially keen to experience everything the town has to offer, but is shocked by its scheming and ambitious inhabitants, and intrigued by the secrets they share.

Episode 2 - Season 1, Episode 2Charlotte and Sidney clash again, only for Charlotte to be left confused by a chance encounter. Tensions surrounding Miss Lambe's arrival in Sanditon erupt at Lady Denham's grand pineapple luncheon, as the hostess makes disparaging comments about Miss Lambe's race, and Esther and Edward realize that Clara poses a significant threat to their ambitions.

Episode 3 - Season 1, Episode 3Charlotte sets out to avoid Sidney, until a serious accident forces them together and to reappraise each other. When Tom brings a new doctor to the town, he and Lady Denham clash, while Clara makes a bold move in her bid to outplay Edward and Esther.

Episode 4 - Season 1, Episode 4The arrival of Miss Lambe's forbidden love causes Charlotte to question her opinion of Sidney. Meanwhile, Clara witnesses a private moment between Esther and Edward.

Episode 5 - Season 1, Episode 5Charlotte inadvertently places Miss Lambe in danger, while tensions between Tom and his laborers erupt during the Sanditon cricket match.

Episode 6 - Season 1, Episode 6Charlotte and Sidney are at loggerheads, but must work together to save Miss Lambe from terrible danger. Edward and Clara enter into a scandalous pact to try and finally win Lady Denham's inheritance.

Episode 7 - Season 1, Episode 7As the summer regatta approaches, Sidney wrestles with his feelings for an old flame. With Lady Denham at death's door, tensions finally come to a head, and threaten to split everyone apart.

Episode 8 - Season 1, Episode 8On the night of the Midsummer Ball, the fate of Sanditon is in the balance when events conspire to leave Charlotte and the entire Parker family facing down impossible choices.

Episode 9 - Season 2, Episode 1Charlotte returns to Sanditon in unexpected circumstances. A company of Army Officers descend on the town, offering romantic opportunities for Charlotte and her sister and business opportunities for Tom. Meanwhile, Georgiana meets an intriguing artist and Esther Babington has an unwanted encounter with someone from her past.

Episode 10 - Season 2, Episode 2Charlotte starts her new job as a Governess for the mysterious Alexander Colbourne. Alison is determined to be reunited with her knight in shining armor, and Georgiana finds out some bad news from Antigua. Meanwhile, Lady Denham receives an unexpected and unwanted surprise and Tom and Colonel Lennox make plans for Sanditon’s development.

Episode 11 - Season 2, Episode 3Charlotte and her employer, Alexander Colbourne, reach an understanding as she and Colonel Lennox enjoy a close encounter at Tom’s Midsummer Fair. Alison is falling for her new beau Captain Carter, unaware he’s wooing her under false pretenses and that she has also caught the attention of another officer. Clara calls on Esther for help as Edward hatches a plan to ensure his step-sister’s downfall.

Episode 12 - Season 2, Episode 4Tension mounts for Charlotte when Colbourne and Colonel Lennox finally reunite at Lady Denham’s annual Garden Party. Georgiana learns a vital piece of information about her inheritance, and Alison’s much desired proposal nearly ends in tragedy. Edward attempts to exploit Clara’s predicament for his own ends as the army’s true colors are revealed.

Episode 13 - Season 2, Episode 5Lennox and Colbourne’s rivalry over Charlotte comes to a head and Georgiana makes a decision that will impact her future forever. Edward’s manipulation of Esther takes a dark turn and Alison realizes what she has been missing. Tom’s woes come to a head as Arthur attempts to come to his rescue.

Episode 14 - Season 2, Episode 6Alison gets ready to leave Sanditon with her dreams of romance in tatters. Charlotte considers what her future will look like at Heyrick Park, and when Sidney’s belongings are returned to Sanditon, Georgiana learns some shocking truths. Esther faces a bleak future as Edward’s schemes come to fruition. With so much at stake, which of our heroines will get their Happy Ever After?

Episode 15 - Season 3, Episode 1Charlotte, fiancé in tow, arrives for the society event of the year, Georgiana’s 21st birthday party. Her friends wonder if marrying Ralph is the right decision and seeing Colbourne again leaves Charlotte feeling uncertain. Meanwhile High Society have arrived in Sanditon along with a crowd of new faces, all with mysteries and intrigues of their own.

Episode 16 - Season 3, Episode 2Charlotte supports Georgiana who faces an impossible task trying to find a lawyer. Help arrives from the most surprising place, resulting in Charlotte and Colbourne being thrown together again. Meanwhile, Lady Denham accepts a new vision for the town. Edward is confounded when his plan takes an unforeseen turn. Arthur makes a new friend.

Episode 17 - Season 3, Episode 3The day of Georgiana’s trial arrives and is more even more devastating than she had imagined. Back in Sanditon, Colbourne’s shooting party goes ahead. As Colbourne gets closer to Lydia, Charlotte has to confront all that she’s lost. Edward sets out to prove himself as suitable match. Mary and Tom cross swords over his plans for the old town.

Episode 18 - Season 3, Episode 4Charlotte attempts to distance herself from Colbourne but, as they are repeatedly thrown into each other’s orbit, their chemistry rises along with Ralph’s suspicions. Meanwhile Georgiana is unravelling and makes a surprising decision to protect herself. Edward’s dramatic plan leaves Augusta in a quandary. Tom and Mary’s happy marriage comes under threat.

Episode 19 - Season 3, Episode 5Charlotte and Colbourne rush to Augusta’s aid and it’s revealed whether Edward really is a changed man or not. Georgiana is reunited with a ghost from her past, and Charlotte has to make a difficult decision about her future. Tom secures financial investment, but is delivered devastating news. And while love blossoms elsewhere, Arthur’s heart is broken.

Episode 20 - Season 3, Episode 6Charlotte desperately wants to tell Colbourne the truth about her feelings, but a shocking revelation stops her in her tracks. Having opened her heart, Georgiana’s worst fears are realized when she discovers she has been abandoned. Tom learns an important lesson and romances resolve in a variety of surprising ways.
