Season 28 Episode Guide

Episode 1 - Lichfield Cathedral

Michael and the team are at Lichfield Cathedral. Amongst the items are a small statue, an early Punch and Judy set and a sword pistol that belonged to Lord Nelson.

Episode 2 - Lampeter

The team head for mid Wales and unearth a bust of Dylan Thomas, a book of early silhouettes, and a plate bought for £5 turns out to be worth £10,000.

Episode 3 - Edinburgh

The experts return to Edinburgh. The items are an early Mickey Mouse mascot, a rare deco figurine and documents that once belonged to the bodyguard to Edward and Mrs Simpson.

Episode 4 - Normanby Hall

The experts converge on Normanby Hall where treasures include a marble bust, a pair of rare candlesticks and Michael meets a man obsessed with antique lawnmowers.

Episode 5 - Tavistock

Antiques Roadshow heads for Tavistock. They discover an inmate's uniform and a cat o'nine tails, an antique hunting horn and a plate bought for a song at a boot sale.

Episode 6 - Compilation (Part 1)

Michael digs up unscreened finds from recent Roadshows. Amongst the objects brought to light are a ring, an Arts and Crafts bed and a collection of coffinalia.

Episode 7 - Ipswich

The team head to Ipswich where they discover a Duke's chamber pot, one of the earliest record players and a 50p find on a white elephant stall turns out to be valued at GBP1500.

Episode 8 - Beamish

The team step back in time at the Open Air Museum. Amongst the items are a rare rapier. We meet a collector of battlefield finds and the finest music box to appear on the show.

Episode 9 - Manderston

The Roadshow visits Manderston. Amongst the items are pieces from Queen Victoria's household, a gruesome Man Trap and Lord Palmer's collection of rare biscuit tins.

Episode 10 - Rochdale

The team set up camp in Rochdale. Amongst the objects are a gold pencil gifted by King George IV, paint brushes used by LS Lowry and the diaries of a British hangman.

Episode 11 - Chelsea

The team visit Chelsea. Amongst the items are a Roulette table built to outwit cheats, buttons worn by Charles Dickens and a gilded bee thought to have magical powers.

Episode 12 - Ventnor

The team are at Ventnor. Amongst the objects is a family portrait, 75 vehicles spanning 40 years of production and we hear the story of how a photograph saved a woman's life.

Episode 13 - Compilation (Part 2)

Michael introduces a selection of unscreened finds. Items include an Edward VIII Coronation souvenir, fan mail for Elton John and a collection of art deco treasures.

Episode 14 - Lancaster

The Roadshow team head for Lancaster. Amongst the items are a valuable pair of clogs, a moving series of letters, an anti-slavery ring and a rare and intricately woven tapestry.

Episode 16 - Coughton Court (Part 2)

A return to Coughton Court where the experts get excited about an Agatha Christie letter, a medal awarded to those who aided the Titanic survivors and a rare china figure.

Episode 17 - Sydney

The team embark on the show's longest haul ever. Amongst the item are furniture made by convicts, a part of Captain Cook's ship and one of the biggest valuations.

Episode 18 - Norwich (Part 1)

The team head to Norwich. Amongst the items are a letter from Lord Nelson, a series of portraits and revealing correspondence from John Lennon's Aunt Mimi.

Episode 19 - Norwich (Part 2)

The team uncover original illustrations to a childhood classic, a rare saucer used for many years as an ashtray, plus a poignant reminder of the events that destroyed Hiroshima.

Episode 20 - Londonderry

The team travel to Londonderry. Amongst the items under scrutiny are intricately produced hand cut pictures, a cache of silver and a cushion woven from human hair.

Episode 21 - Compilation (Part 3)

Michael Aspel introduces unscreened finds. Amongst the treasures are a pair of bisque figures, an early recipe book and a painting made by one of Queen Victoria's children.

Episode 22 - Montacute (Part 1)

The experts set up camp at Montacute House. Amongst the items are a set of chairs that witnessed the battle of Trafalgar, a postcard collection and vintage underwear.

Episode 23 - Montacute (Part 2)

The team discover more intriguing finds including a rare piece of silver, a car powered by steam, and a set of original illustrations for Winnie the Poo.

Episode 24 - Melbourne

The team uncover a rich vein including relics from the days of gold strikes, a flag flown at the battle of Trafalgar and a sad looking bear with a jaw-dropping value.

Episode 25 - Retrospective Special

Michael brings the series to a close with this season's greatest finds. They discover how a shell case unlocked a remarkable story and how a painting triggers a bidding war.
