In order to track down Diaz from inside prison, Oliver has to align with an old enemy. And, Felicity’s attempts to find Diaz are thwarted by Diggle, who’s now allegiant to ARGUS.

Still in prison, Oliver faces his biggest challenge yet. Meanwhile, Felicity gets an intriguing offer, and Diggle asks Curtis to go undercover for ARGUS.

When arsonists target Rene’s community center and injure Zoe, the mysterious Green Arrow helps save the day. Dinah faces pressure to capture the vigilante.

In the Glades on a dangerous mission, Mia & William run into Dinah, Roy (COLTON HAYNES) and Zoe who deliver some devastating news.

Episode 17 - Inheritance

Laurel (KATIE CASSIDY) learns about some damaging information that affects Emiko, and Oliver invites her to help investigate with Felicity.

Episode 18 - Lost Canary

After being accused of murder and having her past exposed, Laurel goes full Black Siren. While Dinah tries to bring her in, Felicity summons Sara Lance (CAITY LOTZ) to help.

Episode 19 - Spartan

Diggle (DAVID RAMSEY) reaches out to a General (ERNIE HUDSON) from his past for help against the Ninth Circle. And Alena (KACEY ROHL) has an interesting proposal for Felicity.

Episode 20 - Confessions

When they learn of an upcoming attack on the city, Team Arrow calls Roy Harper to help them stop the Ninth Circle. However, things go awry and there is massive collateral damage.

Oliver finds himself in a precarious position, when the Star City Police Department shows up with a warrant for Felicity.

Episode 22 - You Have Saved This City

The battle between Oliver and Emiko comes to a boiling point, which brings back some familiar faces and leaves others in dire jeopardy.
