Episode 1 - Gross National HappinessWhile working on a book about Bhutan, Art Watkins receives news that his mother Nancy is dying. Despite his panicked dash through the Himalayas, he misses the plane and moments later it crashes. He then receives news that his mother has died.

Episode 2 - Viola BabyVance races to the resort to find Art packing to leave, but is able to convince his brother to wait while they contest Nancy's will on the basis of her sanity.

Episode 3 - The Shining PathVance convinces Art they can comply with the terms of their mother's Will if he 'covers' for his brother's temporary absences, but Nancy's solicitor gets wind of their plan - and Art realises he can't trust his brother or abandon his angry son.
