Episode 2 - Episode 2It's the second week into a three-week trial of two fishing greenhorns who have given up life, as they knew it in a bid to more than double their monthly pay packets fishing in the Arctic Circle.

Episode 3 - Episode 3On the third and final fishing trip of their three-week trial period 38-year-old American Greenhorn Greg Jones and 27-year-old British Greenhorn Caitlin Krause must bring their A game to stand any chance of landing the coveted position of deckhand where a share of the catch can reach upwards of $6,000 a week.

Episode 4 - Episode 4Caitlin Krause, from North Yorkshire, England, has struggled at the most important station on the fishing boat Páll Jónsson: the rulla. If she doesn't master bringing in the fish by herself, then there is no room on board the vessel for her, and she'll return to the UK with her dreams of a job for the winter months quashed.

Episode 5 - Episode 5Greg Jones has done it! The American who quit his job as a power plant worker, flew from Tenesee to Iceland, and tried-out for a job on an Icelandic longliner, has now passed his three-week trial.

Episode 7 - Episode 7It's halfway through the fifth fishing trip, and Caitlin Krause is no longer a greenhorn. She's passed her extended trial-period learning how to become an Icelandic deckhand. Caitlin has now proven she can work independently, and becomes the first female deckhand to pass the trial on the Páll Jó nsson. As her Foreman Ingo put's it, "She's amazing!"

Episode 8 - Episode 8Greg 'Vegas' Jones is gone. He lost his deckhand job on Iceland's Valdimar longliner for leaving the crew in the lurch just an hour before Captain Frosti was set to depart.

Episode 9 - Episode 9When a newly-engaged American defence contractor and a struggling British yacht stewardess leave their thankless jobs behind to pursue highly-paid fishing jobs in Iceland, they discover a whole new realm of larger-than-life characters and unanticipated stakes. But to succeed, both must prove themselves as greenhorns in the wild and dangerous world of Atlantic cod-fishing.
