Episode 1 - Tales of a Gutsy Ninja: Jiraiya Ninja Scrolls, Pt. 1

During the reign of the Second Hokage, the young Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade are assigned to Hiruzen Sarutobi's platoon as Genins. Fascinated by Sarutobi's summoning jutsu, Jiraiya immerses himself in mastering the transportation technique. While training, Jiraiya accidentally transports himself to Mount Myoboku, opening the path to fulfill his destiny.
Episode 2 - Tales of a Gutsy Ninja: Jiraiya Ninja Scrolls, Pt. 2

Jiraiya's journey to seek out a student is postponed due to the outbreak of the Third Great Ninja War. Jiraiya joins Tsunade and Orochimaru to battle the Village Hidden in the Rain. Following the battle, the three ninja are named the Legendary Sannin; a title given to them by the enemy Hanzo of the Great Salamander himself.
Episode 3 - Infiltrate: The Village Hidden in the Rain

Jiraiya successfully infiltrates the Hidden Rain Village by hiding inside the toad Gamagoro. He sets out to gather information but finds no indications of a civil war occurring within the village. The previous leader Hanzo of the Salamander is gone, and the people now worship Pain as their new leader.
Episode 4 - The Man Who Became God

Foreseeing a possible battle, Jiraiya takes precautionary measures by storage releasing the scroll toad that commands the key to Naruto's Eight-Signed Seal. He then resumes his reconnaissance mission by taking on the appearance of one of the captured genin, leaving the real one under Gamagoro's care.
Episode 5 - Honoured Sage Mode!

Jiraiya battles to defeat his former student Pain, who is now driven by his twisted ideals as an Akatsuki member. Jiraiya first summons the giant toad Gamaken to counter Pain's summoning jutsu.
Episode 6 - In Attendance: The Six Paths of Pain

Jiraiya completes his Sage Mode transformation to battle the three Pains. But Jiraiya's ninjutsu attacks enhanced by the two great sages, Fukasaku and Shima, are repeatedly negated, while his taijutsu attacks are blocked by the Pains' unknown teamwork.
Episode 7 - The Tale of Jiraiya the Gallant

Having lost his arm, Jiraiya is outmatched by the six Pains now appearing before him. Of the six, the one called Tendo is revealed to be Jiraiya's former student Yahiko. Jiraiya is still puzzled by the Rinnegan's true powers, but before he can gather his thoughts, he is forced back into battle.
Episode 8 - Banquet Invitation

Sasuke arrives at one of the Akatsuki hideouts, having followed in Itachi's footsteps. When Sasuke is about to enter the hideout alone, his older brother Itachi finally appears before him, only to be revealed as an illusion created by genjutsu.
Episode 9 - The Longest Moment

While Itachi waits for Sasuke in the Uchiha hideout, he recalls the past incident that led to his defection from the Leaf Village. When Sasuke arrives, the fated battle begins between the two brothers.
Episode 10 - The Light & Dark of the Mangekyo Sharingan

Following their fierce genjutsu battle with the Sharingan, Itachi explains the secret behind the most powerful ocular jutsu, the Mangekyo Sharingan, and the history of the Uchiha clan; a cursed history drenched in the blood of their struggles for power.
Episode 11 - Amaterasu!

Sasuke loses his left eye to Itachi, but it turns out to be a genjutsu created by the Mangekyo Sharingan. Breaking free of the Tsukuyomi by force, Sasuke makes a furious comeback against the injured Itachi.
Episode 12 - The End

At the climax of the battle, both Itachi and Sasuke run out of chakra. However, Sasuke reveals that his actions up until now were only a preparation for his final jutsu. Using the powers of nature, Sasuke unleashes his new jutsu, Kirin, against his brother.
Episode 13 - The Mystery of Tobi

Naruto and his comrades find themselves held up by Tobi, whose strange jutsu is more than just a simple genjutsu. To counter the jutsu, the team use Shino's Parasitic Insects, but its wide-range attack fails to reach the target.
Episode 14 - Fate

In the Akatsuki hideout Sasuke comes face to face with Madara. Announcing himself as Itachi's accomplice from that fateful night, Madara goes on to tell Sasuke the truth about Itachi that he could never have known.
