Episode 1 - S9 EP1 Biscuit Week

Bake Off is back and 12 of the nation's best amateur bakers are out to impress. Breaking with tradition, 2018 kicks off with Biscuit Week as the bakers tackle signature biscuits.
Episode 2 - S9 EP2 Cake Week

The remaining 11 bakers face Cake Week, kicking off with a signature challenge. The bakers tackle Prue's first technical challenge and an ambitious chocolate collared showstopper.
Episode 3 - S9 EP3 Bread Week

It is Bread Week, and the ten bakers have much to prove with three tough challenges. They must bake a fruity teatime Signature, a rather international Technical, and a Showstopper.
Episode 4 - S9 EP4 Dessert Week

It is Dessert Week and judges have set three challenges to test the remaining bakers. They create a cracking meringue Signature, a wobbly Technical, and a chocolate Showstopper.
Episode 5 - S9 EP5 Spice Week

It's Spice Week and Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith set the bakers a classic teatime Signature. There's also an Arabian Technical and a fiddly Showstopper.
Episode 6 - S9 EP6 Pastry Week

It is Pastry Week, and Paul and Prue are looking for savoury and sweet samosas, a classic French Technical, and for the final challenge, a majestic pie fit for a banquet.
Episode 7 - S9 EP7 Vegan Week

It is a Bake Off first with Vegan week. Prue and Paul have set three very different challenges including a savoury pastry Signature, a cracking Technical, and a risky Showstopper.
Episode 8 - S9 EP8 Danish Week

Velkommen to Danish Week with a bread Signature, a spherical Technical, and an elaborate pastry Showstopper fit for a Danish birthday party and everyone is out to impress.
Episode 9 - S9 EP9 Semi Final

It is the semi-final and the remaining bakers are just three patisserie challenges away. The heat is really on now with the complex Signature, Technical and Showstopper challenges.
Episode 10 - S9 EP10 The Final

Twelve bakers started but only one can win. Paul and Prue set three challenges that will test their skills, including an edible landscape Showstopper that could win the title.
