A couple found a modest home on a beautiful lakefront lot, but it needs some serious updates. Brian and Mika look to open up the cramped layout to maximize their views and transform their rundown ranch into a lakeside oasis.

Episode 2 - Home on the Range

A couple dreams of more space for their two kids and two horses, so they're moving to an equestrian neighborhood with a community stable. Building on their lot is saddled with obstacles, however, so Brian and Mika step in to wrangle in their dream home.

Episode 3 - Drum Roll Please

After a failed first attempt with another builder, a couple has been waiting two years for their dream home. Now, Brian and Mika arrive to reunite these homeowners with his beloved drum set, and finally get a home that makes their hearts skip a beat.

Episode 4 - Anything for Family

A sister duo wants Brian and Mika to build two houses on the same lot at the same time. And just when they're in over their heads doing double duty, Brian and Mika also take on his cousin's condo renovation and attempt to manage all three projects!

Episode 5 - Double Take

Brian and Mika continue the challenge of building sisters two houses at the same time, reuniting them after decades of living apart. However, it is no easy task as they find themselves up against the biggest storm to ever hit the Tampa area.

Episode 6 - Dancing Into a Dream Home

Although a couple wants to downsize, they still need a home big enough to host their large dance parties. With a unique design style in mind, Brian and Mika look to build them a cultural and "sexy" house that sweeps them off their feet!
