The Unit attempts to return an African dictator, who is secretly in the US for a liver transplant, back to his homeland. But a hurricane causes the hospital where the general is a patient to flood and be evacuated. Back at the base, Molly struggles over whether to honour Jeremy's request to be sent to Iraq and Tiffy wants to get pregnant.
