Birthplace: Los Angeles, California, United States
Trivia: Born in 1986, actress Kyla Pratt entered films as a child star around the age of 10, specializing in portrayals of impossibly cute and sweet-natured tykes; she was frequently, though not always, cast as either the young daughter of lead characters or the younger versions of lead characters. Pratt began with guest spots on such programs as ER, Friends, and Touched By an Angel, then made perhaps her strongest impression as Maya Dolittle, the daughter of Dr. Dolittle (Eddie Murphy) in multiple live-action installments of that series, beginning with the first in 1998 and continuing through its 2001 sequel and the first two direct-to-video follow-ups. As time rolled on, Pratt began to transition into different genres; she played the young version of a soul singer in the 1999 Jackie's Back; the adolescent version of an African American female basketball player in Love & Basketball (2000), and a sad teen who draws the animated character Fat Albert into the real world in Fat Albert (2004). In 2008, Pratt signed for a supporting role in the family-oriented feature Hotel for Dogs, adapted from the children's book by Lois Duncan.

Trivia: Actress Tamala Jones launched her career as a model, appearing in magazine ads and television commercials, before landing her first acting job on an episode of the preteen sitcom California Dreams, but her interest in the craft goes back to early childhood, when Jones and her cousin would stage backyard shows. Los Angeles-born and raised, Jones first studied drama in the sixth grade. As a young woman, she guest starred on series ranging from The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air to E.R. to The Wayans Brothers. She had her first regular television role playing a student in the ABC network's short-lived drama Dangerous Minds. Jones entered feature films with a small role in How to Make an American Quilt (1995) and had her first starring film role in Booty Call (1997). After appearing in Blue Streak and The Wood the following year, Jones began to gain even more momentum in 2000 with roles in Ice Cube's Next Friday and the Tim Meadows SNL vehicle The Ladies Man. Jones would later share the limelight with a talented cast in Kingdom Come in 2001. She continued to work steadily in a variety of projects including Head of State, Daddy Day Camp, Who's Your Caddy?, and What Love Is before being cast on the television show Castle as Lanie Paris. Trivia: A Hollywood mainstay in the mid- to late 2000s for playing handsome, genial everymen, screen performer Josh Henderson revealed himself to be equally at home in numerous genres -- from female-oriented romantic dramas to full-throttle horror. Like many tyros, Henderson kick-started his career with supporting roles, rose to lead billing over the course of numerous projects, and entered the mainstream only gradually; he made one of his earliest feature appearances in the direct-to-video natural horror schlock-fest Leeches! (2003), then embarked down a more earnest dramatic road as Bo Rider, a football player-turned-amputee (and Iraqi War soldier) in Steven Bochco's critically praised but short-lived prime-time series Over There (2005). Following a pivotal supporting role in director Anne Fletcher's inspirational dance-themed drama Step Up, and a multi-season portrayal of wild rebel Austin McCann on Desperate Housewives, Henderson joined Taylor Cole, Scout Taylor-Compton, and others for a lead role in the Butcher Brothers' direct-to-video slasher comedy remake April Fool's Day (2008). In 2011 he appeared in Dragonslayer.

He continued working in theater until 1983 when he made his film debut playing opposite Tom Cruise in Risky Business. He appeared in Revenge of the Nerds the following year. In addition to playing Booger, Armstrong appeared in other features, including The Clan of the Cave Bear (1986) and The Adventures of Huck Finn (1993). He would remain extremely active for decades to come, appearing in movies like Southland Tales and Beer for My Horses, and on shows like Boston Legal, The Closer, and Dan Vs.
Tichina Arnold (Actor) .. Nicole
Birthplace: Queens, New York, United States
Trivia: Dedicated film buffs will remember Tichina Arnold as Crystal, one of the three black girls who perform R&B numbers as a Greek chorus, in Frank Oz's imaginative movie musical Little Shop of Horrors (1986). Arnold was only 15 at the time; her career continued steadily after that, with a role or two almost every year. Though the actress' cinematic efforts -- such as How I Got Into College (1989) and the Paul Mazursky/Woody Allen collaboration Scenes from a Mall (1990) -- were typically disappointing, she delighted fans with her neat comic turn as Pam James (opposite Little Shop collaborator Tisha Campbell) in the Martin Lawrence sitcom Martin (1992-1997), and -- on a similar note -- waxed hilarious as housewife and mother Rochelle on the nostalgic Chris Rock sitcom Everybody Hates Chris (premiering in 2005). In 2007, Arnold reunited with Lawrence (as his "straight man" wife) in the big screen road comedy/buddy film Wild Hogs. She next took a decidedly serious turn, playing the lead in the period drama The Lena Baker Story, about the first woman to be executed via the electric chair in Georgia. Arnold continued to make guest appearances on shows like Raising Hope and Hit the Floor, and took a main role on Happily Divorced, beginning in 2011. In 2014, she had a small role in Top Five.

A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley who graduated in only six semesters, Mana commenced formal dramatic training under the leadership of Cameron Thor, learned standup comedy at the hands of Steve Kaplan and Judy Carter, and attended such institutions as the Upright Citizens Brigade (where she honed her improvisational skills), Centerstage L.A., and the Young Actors Brigade. Mana subsequently landed a development deal with NBC Universal and starred in a string of low-budget features before graduating to a memorable supporting role -- that of Carnegie-Mellon student Missy Chin -- in Noam Murro's quirky seriocomedy Smart People (2008). She followed this up with a supporting role in the teen comedy College (2008).
Ray J (Actor) .. Darrell `D-Mack' McGinty
Born: January 17, 1981
Nicole Paggi (Actor) .. Sara Crawford
Born: August 15, 1977
Kel Mitchell (Actor) .. Manny Sellers
Born: August 25, 1978
Birthplace: Chicago, Illinois, United States
Trivia: Actor Kel Mitchell swept up a widespread and loyal fan base in the mid-'90s as a teen comic. Mitchell initially joined the cast of the mid-'90s Nickelodeon sketch comedy show All That (1995) -- an unofficial variant of Saturday Night Live, retooled for the preteen set -- and soon became professionally attached to another up-and-comer on the program, Kenan Thompson. The two paired off as the comedy duo "Kenan and Kel," and the meteoric increase in their popularity among viewers prompted Nickelodeon to offer Thompson and Mitchell their own 1996 sitcom, aptly titled Kenan & Kel, which in turn spawned its own 1997 movie, also starring the boys and based on one of their recurring All That sketches. As directed by All That progenitor Brian Robbins (C.H.U.D. 2), the 1997 Good Burger follows the nutty adventures of a couple of short-order cooks, as a corporate fast-food giant sweeps in and threatens to close down their establishment. For several years thereafter, Mitchell chalked up a resumé of contributions to family-friendly productions, including Mystery Men (1999), The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle (2000), and Two Heads Are Better Than None (2000), but he also achieved prominence in the music realm for his goofy music-video parodies of popular songs. Mitchell unveiled even greater ambition by scripting, executive producing, and essaying the lead role in the showbiz comedy Ganked (2005); he stars as Ricky, a young man who wins a songwriting contest but falls prey to the exploitation of a record company. (Astute viewers will also note Mitchell's presence, amid heavy makeup, as Ricky's uncle.) Mitchell tackled one of his most earnest roles two years later, with a supporting contribution to John Sayles' period musical drama Honeydripper (2007).
