Episode 1 - Race Against Time, Part 1

Mitch's ex-wife Gayle flies in for a weekend visit. She introduces her new fiancé Ken and informs Mitch she is taking Hobie back to Ohio with her. When Ken's private jet crashes in the ocean on takeoff, Mitch and the Baywatch team have to rescue Gayle, Hobie and the others from the submerged plane before it floods!

     

Episode 2 - Race Against Time, Part 2

A dramatic plane crash finds Hobie and his mother trapped in the rapidly flooding fuselage beneath the sea while Mitch and the Baywatch lifeguards mount a massive rescue effort to save the trapped passengers and crew.

     

Episode 3 - Lover's Cove

Romance is in the air at Baywatch as Mitch and Jackie's friendship grows more intense, Summer and Matt begin a relationship, and Hobie falls in love with Lauren, a junior lifeguard with a devastating secret.

     

Episode 4 - Blindside

John D. Cort, Mitch's friend and a former lifeguard, returns to Baywatch where his life undergoes a devastating change. Meanwhile, Hobie meets a very "unique" new friend.

     

Episode 5 - Skyrider

Summer has love problems when Slade returns from a world surfing tour to discover Matt and Summer are dating. CJ is persistently pursued by a bungee jumping balloonist. Meanwhile, Garner patrols the beach on horseback.

     

Episode 6 - Tentacles, Part 1

A prison break gone awry finds Mitch held hostage by a beautiful woman and forced to perform surgery on her escaped convict husband. Meanwhile, Matt and Slade decide to settle their mutual affection for Summer in a daring surfing contest.

     

Episode 7 - Tentacles, Part 2

Mitch, at gunpoint, successfully removes a bullet from escaped convict Brady Harris, only to realize that Brady and his wife, Debra, have every intention of killing him. Stephanie's sister Caroline arrives with her fiancé, who becomes the target of an attempted murder.

     

Episode 8 - Submersion

Mitch saves two boys from drowning. But when one ends up in a coma, Mitch suffers from PTSD and is left reevaluating his life as a lifeguard.

     

Episode 9 - Ironman Buchannon

Mitch's impending birthday prompts him to train for an ironman competition, getting swept off his feet by a younger woman along the way. Matt takes a night job to save money for a motorcycle, jeopardizing his coworkers through his exhaustion.

     

Episode 10 - Tower of Power

A new lifeguard helps Mitch and the Baywatch lifeguards confront an upsurge in gang activity, and CJ is enamored with a beach magician who nearly drowns during a bungled underwater stunt.

     

Episode 11 - The Child Inside

The Baywatch lifeguards stage a beach-oriented Special Olympics, becoming involved with two young physically-challenged athletes whose parents have abandoned them.

     

Episode 12 - Second Time Around

Jesse Majors, the beautiful motorcycle racer that Matt fell in love with, returns, putting strain on Matt and Summer’s relationship.

     

Episode 13 - The Red Knights

An ad hoc reunion of elite 1950s lifeguards, the "Red Knights," triggers a bar room brawl and Ben's resignation. Meanwhile, Mitch helps deliver a baby when the mother goes into premature labor while swimming at the beach.

     

Episode 14 - Coronado Del Soul, Part 1

The Baywatch lifeguards travel to San Diego for a week where Summer is haunted by the hotel's legendary ghost. CJ grows attached to an orphaned dolphin at Sea World. And Mitch is stranded at sea with his brother when their sailboat capsizes.

     

Episode 15 - Coronado Del Soul, Part 2

Adrift in the ocean with his semi-conscious brother, Mitch struggles to keep himself and Buzzy alive through the long, cold night. CJ unites an orphaned dolphin with its injured mother, and Summer becomes obsessed with a passionate ghost.

     

Episode 16 - Mirror, Mirror

A beautiful woman and her plain sister compete for Mitch's affection with perilous results. Matt confronts the sudden onset of a paralyzing fear of sharks, that may in reality be a far different fear.

     

Episode 17 - The Falcon Manifesto

An investigative reporter is working on a story which details the sale of U.S. military technology by businessman Edward Falcon. The story is so incriminating that her life is put at risk. Can the Baywatch team help her get out alive?

     

Episode 18 - Rescue Bay

A Hollywood producer desperate for a new TV series idea observes a rescue on the Baywatch beach and realizes that a television series based on lifeguarding is perfect, sending Baywatch headquarters into a tizzy.

     

Episode 19 - Western Exposure

Country and Western superstar Jessie Lee Harris takes a detour from his concert schedule and pays a visit to Baywatch in search of his estranged wife and son.

     

Episode 20 - The Life You Save

When severe cutbacks put the Baywatch lifeguards’ jobs in jeopardy, Matt and Summer volunteer to guard as civilians. But can they convince the county commissioners to increase the budget before lifeguards are laid off?

     

Episode 21 - Trading Places

Stephanie Holden spends a week with the Coast Guard to help them crack a dangerous arms smuggling ring.

     

Episode 22 - Guys and Dolls

Matt doesn't know whose story to believe when he tries to reunite a runaway teen and her frantic father. Meanwhile, Stephanie must choose between Mitch and Scott.
