Season 4 Episode Guide

Episode 1 - Episode 1

As the patients check in, Dr. Drew first lands them at the Pasadena Recovery Center, then meets with them individually to examine the role that their addictions play in their lives.

                                                                                                                 

Episode 2 - Episode 2

Dr. Drew's patients are just beginning the treatment process, and as many of them are life-long drug users, the physical effects of detox are severe for many of the addicts.

                                                                                                                    

Episode 3 - Episode 3

Jeremy London and his wife Melissa reunite while sober for the first time to discuss their son and Jason Davis comes to terms with some painful revelations about his past. Word leaks to the press that Rachel Utichel is in Rehab.

                                                                                                              

Episode 4 - Episode 4

As the first week of treatment comes to an end, many of the patients’ withdrawal symptoms cause them to be agitated and hypersensitive toward one another. Bickering between Janice and Rachel comes to a head.

                                                                                                              

Episode 5 - Episode 5

After Rachel's departure from treatment everyone urges her to return except for Janice, whose harsh judgement of Rachel isolates her from the group, and ultimately leads to a severe panic attack.

                                                                                                        

Episode 6 - Episode 6

Reaching the half way point in treatment, the patients become aware of the damage drugs have done to their loved ones. Jason Davis and Jason Wahler scheme to escape the unit but their plans backfire and police are involved.

                                                                                                        

Episode 7 - Episode 7

Dr. Drew invites the addicts and their families to a lake house retreat to discuss the importance loved ones play in the recovery process and on an outing in Hollywood, Leif Garrett challenges authority and nearly relapses.

                                                                          

Episode 8 - Episode 8

Dr. Drew confronts Leif Garrett regarding his near relapse. Jeremy London learns a painful secret that threatens to destroy his marriage.

                                                           

Episode 9 - Episode 9

As graduation approaches, Dr. Drew and his staff check in with the patients to discuss their aftercare plans and the patients pay an emotional visit to a family that has been destroyed by drugs.

                                      

Episode 10 - Episode 10

At the graduation ceremony, Dr. Drew speaks to everyone and their loved ones to congratulate them for successfully completing treatment.

                                      

Episode 11 - Reunion

Dr. Drew reunites several of his celebrity rehab patients to find out what happened after they left treatment.
