Episode 1 - Welcome to Ciao House!Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini welcome 10 chefs to the Tuscan villa where they will live, cook and prove their skills with Italian cuisine. Two chefs receive a huge advantage going into the next round, and one chef says "Ciao Ciao" to the villa.

Episode 2 - Do As the Nonnas DoAlex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini introduce the chefs to authentic Italian nonnas, who showcase how to make handmade pasta from scratch. Tempers flare during a team-based pasta challenge, and the losing team must vote to send home one of their own.

Episode 3 - Girls vs. BoysThe chefs travel to a Tuscan vineyard where judges Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini challenge them to create a three-course menu incorporating truffles and wine pairings. Alliances form, personalities grate, and one more chef must leave the villa.

Episode 4 - Where There's Smoke, There's FireThe seven chefs meet a butcher whose family business is over three centuries old! Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini task two teams with creating a menu based around the prized Bistecca alla Fiorentina, which tests their skills like never before.

Episode 5 - A Bridge Too FarroTwo team captains join Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini on a visit to a thousand-year-old cheese cave. After an invaluable cheese tasting, the two leaders must purchase their main ingredients BEFORE they are given the details of the challenge.

Episode 6 - Final FourHosts Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini inform the four remaining chefs that not one, but two of them will be going home after a wild boar challenge. Only two chefs will make it to the finale and battle it out for the life-changing grand prize.

Episode 7 - A Tuscan RedemptionThe two remaining chefs' finale plans are turned upside down when hosts and judges Alex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini invite some "familia" back to the villa for one last chance at redemption.

Episode 8 - Last Chef StandingAlex Guarnaschelli and Gabe Bertaccini preside over a cooking duel to see which previously eliminated chef will earn a spot in the finale. The winner joins the finalists to cook one last meal and win a culinary education with renowned chefs across Italy.
