After learning that the building in which their victim was found had six suspicious deaths over a 10 year period, Lindsay begins to question the science and wonders if the building is cursed. Mounting evidence seems to point to only one suspect, a doctor, who swears he had no interaction with the victim, even though their lives seem intertwined. (TV-14)

Mac becomes particularly protective of the only witness in his murder investigation, a young boy found in shock at the exhibit, who after seeing the grizzly crime, confuses the events at the museum with a comic book he was reading at the time. The team works to discover if the motive was money, given the curator's wealth, or if the witness has something to do with it when the CSIs find he has ties to the victim. (TV-14)

Mac, Sheldon, Danny and Det. Flack's only witness is an unconscious helicopter pilot, but their initial clues lead the CSIs to suspect that the helicopter hijacking may have been an inside job. Meanwhile, the rape and murder of a restaurant hostess found in an alley shocks Stella and Lindsay when they discover that she anonymously engaged in phone sex with her patrons, leaving a suspect list a mile long. Meanwhile, when a college football superstar is killed in his hotel room shortly after being chosen as a first draft pick for the league, Danny and Lindsay question a long list of suspects who came into contact with him after his sudden fame. After being unable to jail the leader of the Tanglewood Boys a year before, Mac makes it his mission to succeed this time, but he's shocked when the evidence puts Danny at the crime scene instead. Meanwhile, when a banker is found dead in a hotel room, the team questions the man who runs a high-priced escort service claiming to offer their clientele the ultimate date experience at a very steep cost. The CSIs must investigate the murder of a limo driver in the midst of raucous concert-goers and the Kid himself. A routine "shots fired" call is anything but when Mac realizes the address is Stella's. Upon entering her home, CSI determine Stella has shot and killed her boyfriend Frankie, but with her in shock, the evidence must fill in the blanks where her memory has failed. (TV-14)

Episode 45 - Season 2, Episode 22: Stealing Home

CSI find a dead girl dressed as a mermaid tangled in the kelp off a ferry dock, and the case hits personally close to Lindsay when we discover she is also from Montana. The shooting death of a husband is grieved by two widows, and thrust our CSIs into the world of trinogamous relationships, where the chances of a jealous lover committing murder is multiplied by two. When a U.S. Marine is killed in Central Park during Fleet Week, a New York annual tradition showcasing military pride and achievement, Mac personally tracks down the killer and discovers he may be a civilian who isn't a fan of "the few and the proud." The recovery and identity of a body murdered and then burned beyond recognition in a car fire turns out to be a former CSI, Aiden. (TV-14)

The CSIs face their toughest challenge yet when a bomber uses random cell phone pages to detonate C-4 bombs across the city, and a member of the team fights for life when seriously injured during one of the explosions. (TV-14)

At the conclusion of last season, the CSIs faced their toughest challenge yet, when bombs where detonated across the city and Det. Flack suffered severe injuries during the explosions. Mac struggled with the guilt of not being able to get Flack and his team out of harms' way, and Stella fought to regain some sense of normalcy after being brutally attacked by her boyfriend. (TV-14)

Stella, Flack, Lindsay and Danny can't resolve how, despite the police being tipped off by the store's personnel, the women were able to escape the jewelry store so quickly. Also, Lindsay proves her strength when she puts herself in harm's way to solve the case. Meanwhile, when the mummified body of a city councilman's missing wife is found during a building's demolition, Mac and Peyton have their first professional argument when Mac isn't satisfied with her findings from the autopsy. When a runner drops dead in the middle of a marathon and the cause seems to be carbon monoxide, Mac and Stella can't reconcile how someone would be poisoned in the middle of Central Park. Meanwhile, a high-end vodka's ice-themed promotional launch party turns deadly when a model is stabbed, leaving Danny and Lindsay racing to collect evidence before it melts. (TV-14)

When a college girl is found beheaded at a sorority party, the entire team focuses on their toughest case yet. The victims wear t-shirts emblazoned with a logo inspired by Greek mythology that offers clues and hidden messages. By tracking the codes on the web, the team discovers that a serial killer is replicating the fate of mythological creatures by killing people in the same manner, and the only way to stop him is to unravel the hidden codes before he strikes again. Danny and Lindsay work to find who bludgeoned a young woman to death after her performance with SuicideGirls and their suspect list grows smaller when the murder weapon proves to be a stiletto worn by one of the women. Meanwhile, Mac, Stella and Flack investigate the death of a homeless man turned streetballer who was killed after winning an intense one-on-one game in Rucker Park against one of professional basketball's best. A rooftop swimsuit photo shoot ends badly when the hotel's concierge falls off a balcony and is impaled by a statue. Mac, Danny and Det. Flack question their primary suspect, a supermodel who was seen arguing with the woman shortly before her death. Meanwhile, Stella, Lindsay and Sheldon rush to the scene where a woman stands in shock after shooting an intruder. The case hits close to home for Stella as the shooting death reminds her of her personal experience with her violent ex-boyfriend. (TV-14)

But their investigation becomes more complicated when his opponent goes missing. The evidence at the scene proves to be "black cocaine" originally confiscated in a raid by the police department months before, and Mac's suspicions of an internal leak causes friction within the department. Five days after surviving a horrific car accident, the woman who lost control of her car while driving home drunk is murdered in her hospital room shortly after coming out of a coma. Despite being paralyzed from the waist down, the doctors gave the victim a good chance for recovery, so the team must determine who wanted her dead in spite of her prognosis. (TV-14)

While investigating the death of a base jumper, Mac, Danny and Det. Flack discover the body of a trainer found brutally murdered on his roof and whose pigeons where poisoned. Meanwhile, Stella, Lindsay and Dr. Hawkes arrive at an elaborate Sweet 16 party that turned deadly when the birthday girl's father is found dead behind the wheel of her new $60,000 dollar car. The CSIs are floored when Sheldon Hawkes is apprehended during an early morning run as the primary suspect in a bartender's murder. While he maintains his innocence, Mac and the team grow increasingly frustrated when they are removed from the investigation for fear they'll contaminate the evidence. With a mountain of evidence stacked against him, the team works tirelessly on their own to piece together the clues that will hopefully prove Hawkes' innocence. (TV-14)

When an intruder breaks into the home of a deaf family and fatally shoots their teenage daughter, Mac works with the grieving mother who relies on her other senses to provide clues that will help catch her daughter's killer. Meanwhile, Stella and Danny investigate when a professional ice skater is killed prior to competing in the U.S. ice skating regional's. (TV-14)

The rules of the Idiotarod race encourage teams to sabotage their enemies' carts, so once the cause of death of their victim is proven to be multiple blows to the head, Danny, Sheldon and Det. Meanwhile, when a successful real estate agent is found dead inside a Manhattan brownstone by some young kids, Mac, Det. Flack, Lindsay and Stella investigate what appears to be a possible kidnapping turned deadly. (TV-14)
