Season 1 Episode Guide
Episode 1 - PilotSeth, Jeremy and Andrea enjoyed the success of 'Eternal', a hit television vampire drama. Five years later, Seth finds himself 'working on working', while Jeremy and Andrea struggle through a dying marriage. Seth has an absurdly traumatic audition experience, followed by a run-in with his ex, Izzy and her new boy-toy. Jeremy dedicates another day to apathy, while the more successful and driven Andrea is at work. After Seth and Jeremy unite to drink away their frustrations, Seth wakes up to a new love interest, Sarah, while Jeremy wakes up to divorce papers.

Episode 2 - Figure it OutOne month later, a destitute and drunk Jeremy moves in with Seth, sticking Seth in the middle of a divorce. After Jeremy collects his belongings from his old home and Seth receives an offer for a low-budget slasher, the two commiserate over drinks. Andrea and her best friend, Izzy, find conflict in their own drunkenness and strong opinions on each other's life choices. Seth and Jeremy lose control of their night and wake up to an awkward reality.

Episode 3 - So it SeemsSeth finally gets a date with Sarah and worries she's out of his league. Jeremy struggles to find the maturity necessary for divorce mediation with Andrea. Seth travels to North Carolina, where he recalls the glory days while struggling to fit in on a low-budget slasher film. At the advice of Andrea, Jeremy earns some awkward but easy money.

Episode 4 - North CarolinaJeremy visits Seth in North Carolina. After Jeremy's downward spiral clashes messily with Seth's dedication to his work, Seth asks Jeremy to leave. Jeremy uses social media to fan the flames for an 'Eternal' reunion. Seth and Andrea have very different reactions to the Twitter frenzy that ensues.

Episode 5 - Edible EngagementBack from North Carolina, Seth is presented with an intriguing, yet slightly concerning job opportunity. Jeremy embraces a helpful approach to being a roommate, but doesn't get very far thanks to an equally enthusiastic embrace of marijuana edibles. Andrea and Izzy reconnect after Izzy's romantic getaway. Izzy's new engagement sends ripples of turmoil through the friendship circle. Seth realises his relationship with Sarah may have been a lie.

Episode 6 - What Are You Afraid OfEqually unsure of their directions in life, Seth and Jeremy embark on a soul-searching trip to the Northern California Redwoods. Jeremy insists they stop over at Seth's parent's house in Ojai, where old frustrations are confronted and new revelations are sparked. Once in the Redwoods, Seth and Jeremy have an unexpected psychedelic experience that provides them with very temporary clarity.

Episode 7 - Workin' on Workin'Seth joins the cast of a pseudo-experimental Los Angeles play helmed by Phillip Vangilmore, a mercurial and vaguely threatening director. Andrea expresses her frustration with Jeremy's recent proliferation of 'Eternal' reunion rumors. Jeremy's first attempt to audition in years is a failure to launch on many levels. Sarah reappears in Seth's life, only to be driven away by his neurosis.

Episode 8 - Doing GreatSeth and Jeremy reluctantly attend Izzy's engagement party at Andrea's house. Mounting tensions between friends and past lovers boil over as the night ends in disaster. Jeremy moves out of Seth's apartment as Seth focuses on the opening night of his play. At the afterparty of the modestly triumphant performance, our lead characters try to heal old wounds. Jeremy has one more painful lesson to learn.
