Episode 1 - Franklin and His Night Friend / Franklin and the Two Henrys

One night while stargazing with his Dad, Franklin encounters a neighbour he’s never seen before. His name is Bat and he’s so fascinating that Franklin wants to be just like him. Franklin becomes discouraged when he discovers the lifestyle of his new nocturnal friend is vastly different from his own. / Bear is looking after Beaver’s pet hamster for the weekend, and everything is going smoothly until someone forgets to latch the cage door. With the weekend almost over, Franklin and Bear scramble to find a hamster look-alike before Beaver’s return.

  

Episode 2 - Franklin’s Nature Hike / Franklin’s Starring Role

While on a classroom nature hike, Snail accepts a helping hand from his good friend Franklin. When Franklin becomes too helpful, Snail has to remind him that he’s quite capable of rising to any challenge in his own snail way. / It’s time for Mr. Owl’s class to perform their annual spring play and Franklin is disappointed when he’s not chosen to play a leading role. He reluctantly accepts the job of stage manager, and begins to question his contribution to the show.

  

Episode 3 - Franklin’s Masterpiece / Franklin and the Computer

The ice cream shop is having an art contest and Franklin will do just about anything to win the skateboard offered as first prize. Friendships become strained when it’s discovered that Franklin’s winning submission was really painted by more than one artist. / Franklin’s interest in swimming, soccer and cycling is put on hold when he focuses all of his attention on winning a computer game. With one game level left to conquer, Franklin must decide if playing on the computer is more important than being with his friends.

  

Episode 4 - Franklin the Trooper / Franklin’s Fossil

Mrs. Muskrat is fixing up her old boat and Franklin jumps at the opportunity to help her with the job. The repairs turn out to be more work than he anticipated and Franklin must decide if the rewards of completing the task are worth so much effort. / Franklin and Bear unearth an interesting fossil and decide to build a museum around their prehistoric treasure. Visitors to the museum are disgruntled when they pay a two cookie admission and discover that the young curators can explain almost nothing about the rock.

  

Episode 5 - Franklin and the Fortune Teller / Franklin’s Cellar

Beaver has a new toy top that tells fortunes, and all her friends are eager to give it a whirl. Things take a turn for the worse when Franklin’s spin of the top foretells a day of bad luck. / Franklin’s overactive imagination transforms his cellar into a den of monsters. With the help of his friends, Franklin exterminates the imaginary beasts in a whimsical surprise attack.

  

Episode 6 - Franklin Plants a Tree / Franklin the Hero

Franklin loses interest in planting his Earth Day tree when he sees how small it is. Thanks to Mr. Heron, the village naturalist, Franklin discovers the potential of his little seedling. / The attributes of a true hero are redefined when Franklin and Snail forego the opportunity to meet their favourite comic book celebrity in order to help a neighbour in need.

  

Episode 7 - Franklin’s Day Off / Franklin’s Homemade Cookies

Once again, Franklin puts off the chore of dismantling his backyard fort until tomorrow and as a result, his day of fun becomes fraught with problems. / Honesty may be the best policy, but when Franklin bakes a batch of unpalatable cookies for his friends, he learns how feelings can be hurt if the truth isn’t handled with care.

  

Episode 8 - Franklin the Fabulous / Franklin Camps Out

After seeing the amazing illusions of a travelling magician, Franklin is inspired to stage his own magic show. His premiere performance goes awry when he attempts to master the hardest tricks first. / Franklin learns the importance of perseverance when he goes on his first overnight camping trip and must tackle new challenges without the help of mom and dad.

  

Episode 9 - Franklin and the Puppy / Franklin Takes the Bus

Mr. and Mrs. Turtle agree to let Franklin care for a lost puppy while they endeavour to find its rightful family. The attachment Franklin has for the pup creates a moral dilemma when the real owner arrives at the Turtles’ door. / When Franklin takes the classroom school bus for the weekend without telling Mr. Owl, he learns an important lesson about why you shouldn’t borrow things without asking first.

  

Episode 10 - Franklin and the Copycat / Big Brother Franklin

Franklin feels his pre-eminence as class artist being eroded when Rabbit begins to copy his drawing technique. After Franklin realizes that everyone, including himself, uses copying as a tool for learning, he cheerfully admits to Rabbit that he’s a copycat too. / Franklin cheerfully assumes the role of big brother when young Squirrel wants to play with him and his friends. Franklin begins to question his usefulness when Squirrel proves to be a whiz at just about everything.

  

Episode 11 - Franklin and the Grump / Franklin’s Promise

Mr. Groundhog is uncharacteristically grumpy these days. When Franklin discovers why, he involves the whole neighbourhood in a heartwarming scheme that’s sure to brighten Mr. Groundhog’s day. / Franklin’s plans for a big adventure with his friends are thwarted when his father is unable to fix his bicycle as promised. Franklin is more understanding of his father’s situation, after an unexpected turn of events prevents him from fulfilling his own promise.

  

Episode 12 - Franklin and the Thunderstorm / Franklin’s Maple Syrup

A big storm is on the way and Franklin is reluctant to admit that he’s afraid of thunder. Thanks to his understanding friends, Franklin learns that being afraid is nothing to be afraid of. / After Franklin and his friends are given the opportunity to make their own maple syrup, a rivalry develops over ownership of the neighbourhood trees. Things flow more smoothly, including the syrup, when everyone learns the benefits of co-operation.

  

Episode 13 - Franklin Helps Out / Franklin’s Missing Snacks

Mr. Owl sends his class out into the community to learn first hand, the benefits of volunteer work. By day’s end, Franklin has found jobs for everyone except himself and feels he hasn’t accomplished his goal. / The unconditional trust between best friends is put to the test when a cache of snacks goes missing from the treefort and Bear becomes a prime suspect.
