Episode 1 - PilotGANG RELATED centers on Detective RYAN LOPEZ (Ramon Rodriguez), a rising star in Los Angeles’ elite Gang Task Force who long before he became a cop, pledged allegiance to a different band of brothers – a powerful Latino gang called Los Angelicos. When Ryan’s best friend and police partner is senselessly killed by a notorious gang member, he teams up with longtime Task Force member CASSIUS GREEN, who has been at the forefront of the city’s war on organized crime. Despite his profession, Ryan is still beholden to the gang’s leader, JAVIER ACOSTA, the father figure he has tried to make proud his entire life and the man who masterminded his entry into the police force. It’s a secret that has been held for a decade by Ryan, Javier and Javier’s sons: cold-blooded gang lieutenant CARLOS; and straight-laced investment banker DANIEL, Ryan’s childhood best friend. But Ryan is starting to realize that he might be more dedicated to being a cop than he is to Los Angelicos. He is respected by his team, including TAE KIM, VERONICA “VEE” DOTSEN and Task Force leader SAM CHAPEL, Ryan’s other surrogate father figure, whose estranged daughter, JESSICA, is the city’s Assistant District Attorney.

Episode 2 - Sangre Por SangreRyan must track down rival gang members who shot Carlos, in order both to avoid a gang war and to cover up his own involvement in the shooting. Meanwhile, Ryan gets closer to Jessica, who is investigating another shooting, and finds himself genuinely falling for her.

Episode 3 - Pecados del PadreRyan and the Gang Task Force bring a Colombian snitch to Federal Court to testify, but are ambushed en route. Ryan is torn between his Task Force duties and giving up the snitch’s location to help Javier and the Acosta family go legit.

Episode 4 - PerrosThe gang task force busts a sex-trafficking ring.

Episode 5 - Invierno CayoCarlos taints another gang’s meth shipment in order to drive business toward Los Angelicos’ fishscale supply. But his plan backfires and causes a world of trouble for his family and for the GTF.

Episode 6 - Entre Dos TierrasDaniel puts himself at risk in an attempt to make up for money he unintentionally mismanaged, while Carlos grows increasingly mistrustful of Javier’s plan to “legitimize” Los Angelicos.

Episode 7 - Regreso Del InfiernoWith Daniel held hostage and the clock ticking, Ryan engages in a dangerous heist to steal back the confiscated fishscale.

Episode 8 - El Zorro y el GallineroA change to California’s “Three Strikes” law causes additional trouble for the GTF. Meanwhile, Jessica sees Silvia pay Ryan a visit, and Carlos sets forth on his path toward usurping Javier's seat as head of Los Angelicos.

Episode 9 - Dia De Todos Los SantosAn explosion set off by the Meta gang during a Los Angelicos festival leads to plans for retaliation. Tio Gordo kills a Meta gang member and word gets back to the head of the gang, who demands that Javier kill him to not further escalate the feud. Then, Jessica discovers the identity of the woman she saw at Ryan’s home and shares the information with Carter.

Episode 10 - El Buey Y el AlacranRyan arrests Javier and, in doing so, proves his loyalty to the GTF. Across town, Daniel realizes he's lost all credibility in the banking industry and begins to embrace his true identity as the heir-apparent to Los Angelicos.

Episode 11 - La Luz VerdeWe learn there was more to Javier’s arrest than meets the eye, and Jessica makes a startling discovery about Ryan.

Episode 12 - AlmadenaRyan has Javier make a deal with the D.A.’s office as the Metas begin to solve the mystery regarding Salazar’s death. Meanwhile, Jessica reveals Ryan’s secret to Ellis, and Daniel emerges as a leader within the Los Angelicos.

Episode 13 - MalandrosDaniel uses his wedding to finalize a deal between Javier and Lavar Quintel. Chapel leads his team into Mexico to find Matias, who he believes is responsible for a heinous murder.
