Episode 1 - The Battle BeginsIn the season premiere of "Giuliana and Bill," the Rancics are in for the shock of their lives when a precautionary mammogram reveals Giuliana is in the early stages of breast cancer, but unfortunately for the pair, it has to be business as usual because of pre-planned engagements. How will the couple navigate the next few weeks while keeping the secret from friends, family and business associates? Plus, follow Giuliana on her journey after she breaks the news to the nation on the "Today" show.

Episode 1 - The Countdown BeginsThere's not much time left before Giuliana and Bill are welcoming a third Rancic into the family! However, both are so tied up with work that learning all the stuff that comes along with a newborn is becoming too hard to fit into their tight schedules--not to mention the fact that they've already outgrown their house and will need to find a new one fast. Meanwhile, both are busy preparing for their new gig hosting a reality dating show, and they're due to join their gestational carrier for a new ultrasound. Will the couple get it together in time to welcome their little bambino?

Episode 2 - The Booby TrapUnfortunately for Giuliana and Bill, surgery wasn't the finish line for Giuliana's cancer scare--and the Rancics are forced to wait around until the pathology results are in. Until that time, Giuliana struggles to feel comfortable at work because so many of her coworkers are treating her differently out of concern for her health. However, at home, it's Bill who feels displaced as Giuliana's parents, brother, and his whole family move in with them temporarily to keep Giuliana company. When the day of their doctor's appointment finally arrives, Giuliana and Bill are in for some shocking news that could affect her ability to conceive.

Episode 2 - We're Having A...Although insanely difficult, Giuliana and Bill have been keeping the gender of their baby a secret from all of their friends and family--but they're finally ready to reveal the sex at their baby shower! Meanwhile, the couple starts to realize that the due date is fast approaching, so they take full advantage of their baby-moon. Plus, Giuliana hosts the Miss USA pageant for the second year in a row, and Bill speaks at a breast cancer awareness event.

Episode 3 - Babies Hate Me!Fearful that all children truly despise her, Giuliana offers to babysit her niece Sydney all by herself so she can get used to being around kids more often. Her lack of experience also reminds Bill that they'll be in severe need of a baby nurse, so the two immediately start interviewing women for the big job. Plus, the Rancics sign up for an at-home baby class to teach them all the tricks of childcare from swaddling to changing diapers.

Episode 3 - Baby Mama?After much research and discussion with her oncology doctor, Giuliana comes to a major decision concerning her breast cancer treatment--and decides to go public with the huge news. To calm her down through the process, Bill takes her to a spa retreat in Arizona where the couple learns how to meditate. Meanwhile, Giuliana's doctor suggests they look into alternative ways to conceive a child together--including using a gestational carrier, which is similar to a surrogate, except they both would be the baby's biological parents.

Episode 4 - How to Be a Sexy MomAs the baby's arrival date gets closer, Giuliana worries that once she becomes a mom she will lose her sexiness or what she calls "Momjo." So she checks in with Mama DePandi and other mommy friends to get advice about how to prepare, but by the end of her journey she comes to an interesting realization. Meanwhile, the Rancics have an empty, bare house to fill--all in one month! Then the couple flies out to Colorado for their baby's seven month sonogram, and the realness of the event makes Bill wonder if Giuliana is truly ready to become a mom.

Plus, Bill's Haitian friend Franz touches down in Chicago--and Bill makes it his mission to find him the perfect place to live and a job to boot.

Episode 6 - Back With a BounceAfter little to no rest following her double mastectomy, Giuliana returns to work during the heart of awards season. Still uncomfortable with her new body, she spends extra time with a stylist to pick out the perfect dress to don at the Golden Globes--but her main concern centers on how she'll be perceived on the red carpet. Meanwhile, she and Bill are quick to get back on their feet as they anxiously await the results of their baby's first ultrasound. Plus, Bill takes on another challenge of booking a speaking engagement that opens up for former President Bill Clinton.

Episode 6 - She's Having a BabyThe Rancics enjoy what little time they have left before their baby's arrival. Giuliana tapes her last episode of "E! News" before going on maternity leave, while Bill powers through several speaking engagements. Meanwhile, Bill plans a romantic surprise getaway for Giuliana's birthday. And finally, the Rancics take off to Vail, Colorado where they enjoy a baby moon and await the important call from their gestational carrier.

Episode 7 - Meet the DukeHe's coming! When their gestational surrogate starts having contractions, the Rancics drop everything on their babymoon in Vail, Colorado and rush to Denver before the little guy is born! Once they arrive, the couple pulls out the candid cam to catch all the emotional--and hilarious moments inside the waiting room. And of course, being the competitive couple that they are, Giuliana and Bill can't help but bet on the baby's birth time, his weight--and anything else that they can think of! See the emotional and long-awaited moment when the Rancics welcome Edward Duke into the world.

Episode 7 - New House HuntersAfter experiencing a successful ultrasound appointment with their doctor and gestational carrier, Giuliana and Bill are ready to put down roots to raise a family--which begins with buying a home. But, rather than fool themselves into thinking it's feasible to choose between L.A. and Chicago, they toy with the idea of keeping their L.A. pad and purchasing a small place in Chicago. However, when a business opportunity in Los Angeles springs up unexpectedly, the Rancics have to put their house hunt on hold again! Meanwhile, the couple thinks of ways to honor their mothers for supporting them through rough times in the past year, and Giuliana gets schooled on the restaurant business.

Episode 8 - 48 Hour HustleBill returns to Haiti to build a house for a family affected by the 2010 hurricane, but he finds himself on an almost impossible deadline--he and his team have only forty-eight hours to build a house from the ground up! With such a tight schedule, limited materials and not-so-professional but well-intentioned handymen, Bill is worried that he made a huge promise that he won't be able to keep. Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, Giuliana is preparing for the Grammy Awards when news breaks of Whitney Houston's death--adding a somber tone and whirlwind of activity to an already hectic evening.

Episode 8 - Duke of HazzardGiuliana and Bill prepare for baby Duke's first photo shoot and adjust to life as new parents--which includes introducing him to all of their family and friends. While Giuliana is concerned with making sure the baby's environment is safe as possible, Bill takes a ride to the wild side and considers getting a tattoo. Plus, the Rancics move into their gorgeous new Los Angeles home.

Episode 9 - Mama DePandi's Big NightThe day has finally come for Giuliana and Bill's big restaurant opening in Chicago! Amidst the hustle and bustle of getting everything in order, Giuliana's main concern centers around her official "Fashion Police" duties as she takes on the responsibility of picking the outfits for RPM Italian's hosts and servers. Bill, however, isn't completely confident in her and her stylist's choices--so he enlists a professional restaurant stylist to face off against his wife. But when all is said and done, is the staff's wardrobe really important when they have a major party to plan?

Episode 9 - Daddy DutyThe moment Giuliana has been dreading is finally here. After spending every moment with Baby Edward Duke since his birth, Giuliana must leave Duke and Bill to return to work for a few days. First, she travels to Tampa to sell her fashion line on HSN. Then, it's straight to Los Angeles for the 2012 Primetime Emmy Awards. See Giuliana return to the red carpet as she chats it up with some of the biggest names in television and lends her commentary to E!'s "Fashion Police."

Episode 10 - What Happens in CaboGiuliana and Bill are on pins and needles as they await news of the "safe zone," also known as the twelve-week, second trimester mark when they can finally announce their baby news to the world. To take G's mind off everything, Bill starts secretly planning a weekend getaway in Cabo--complete with all of their friends in tow. But first, there's business to tend to such as Giuliana's fashion line, her speaking engagement and finalizing their restaurant menu. Once they've escaped the city and landed on the sunny beach, it's only a matter of waiting for the phone call--and trying not to spill the beans to their friends early!

Episode 10 - Holy Baby!As their paternity leave in Chicago comes to an end, Giuliana and Bill agree to baptize Duke before their life returns to its crazy, hectic pace. But what they can't agree on is what the little guy will wear! And who will the godparents be? Also, Giuliana wants to throw a housewarming party once they get back to LA, but the moving truck with all their furniture is late! Can Lonnie, their interior decorator, pull together a miracle and get their house together in time?

Because of her rare form of breast cancer, she's worried that she'll have to undergo chemotherapy or radiation--which puts the kabosh on any future plans to carry her own baby. Meanwhile, Giuliana continues her quest to support breast cancer survivors when she participates in a friend's fundraiser--but will the emotional heaviness of it all be too much? Then, the couple jets to Colorado to see their baby's twelve-week ultrasound--and find out if it's a boy or a girl!
