Episode 1 - Letters from the Other Side, Pt. 1Jeremiah has come to Valhalla Sector and found his father but it seems Ezekiel was right -- his presence may pave the way to disaster. With Markus and Erin also captives of Valhalla Sector's rulers only Kurdy remains free to try to avert it.

Episode 2 - Letters from the Other Side, Pt. 2Kurdy meets the mysterious Mister Smith. Reluctantly they join others from Thunder Mountain in Lee Chen's danger-ridden plan to rescue Jeremiah Markus and Erin from Valhalla Sector.

Episode 3 - Strange AttractorsAfter a brief reunion with his father Jeremiah returns to Thunder Mountain where he finds Kurdy still holds him responsible for Elizabeth's death. Markus assigns them to separate -- and equally dangerous -- parts of a mission to free the leaders who were taken prisoner before their captors can carry out a standing execution order.

Episode 4 - Deus Ex MachinaMarkus struggles to achieve consensus among the factions that could re-build the country. He sends Kurdy with a new partner to rescue some of the delegates who have fallen into very tough hands.

Episode 5 - Rites of PassageTheo looks to the future with apprehension while Jeremiah with his father finally visiting Thunder mountain ponders the past. He has a lot of questions but will the cost of the answer be too high?

Episode 6 - The Mysterious Mister SmithKurdy tries to unravel the mysteries that surround Mister Smith. Jeremiah has a High Noon encounter with the citizens of Milhaven when some of Daniel's disciples storm into town.

Episode 7 - Voices In the DarkAdam comes to Milhaven to kill Jeremiah and nearly succeeds sending Jeremiah Kurdy and Mister Smith on a dangerous mission into one of Daniel's strongholds.

Episode 8 - Crossing JordanThunder Mountain is bringing new towns into the Alliance drawing Daniel's attention and bringing Mister Smith a vision too awful to contemplate.

Episode 9 - Running On EmptyWanting to savor his dish of vengeance while it's hot Jeremiah joins Markus and Kurdy in a sting to smoke out Daniel's raiders. In Milhaven Mister Smith gives Erin a disquieting message from God.

Episode 10 - The QuestionFaced with permanent paralysis Mister Smith is confident of a miracle; his friends at Thunder Mountain fear he will be disappointed and are more concerned about the army Markus is building and Kurdy is training.

Episode 11 - The Past Is PrologueWas the past the best of times or the worst of times? It depends on whose past. Kurdy has to trust Lee when he returns to a town -- and a load of trouble -- he left behind while Jeremiah is imprisoned in an idealized replica of the days before the Big Death.

Episode 12 - The Face In the MirrorBig Death survivor Frederick Monash knows something important and Devon it seems knows him. Thunder Mountain wants to find Monash before Daniel's forces can kill him and Jeremiah wants to know if he can ever really trust his own father.

Episode 13 - The State of the UnionJeremiah joins Kurdy and Mister Smith on what should be a simple job to deliver radios to nearby towns. It is not; Daniel's forces have plans for those radios -- and towns -- that could bring disaster to the Alliance.

Episode 14 - The Interregnum, Pt. 1Mister Smith shows Jeremiah and Kurdy a refuge for children who will need protection if war comes which seem inevitable as Daniel's forces surround Thunder Mountain. The key to victory may lie in the revelation of secrets.

Episode 15 - The Interregnum, Pt. 2A painful truth sets Jeremiah's course while Sims prepares to attack the Alliance. Markus and Kurdy must combat enemy forces outside and within Thunder Mountain itself to protect a future worth living in.
