Located in Bellmore, New York, The Mixing Bowl faces an influx of competition and barely has customers. Chef Ramsay strives to correct problems with the restaurant's appearance and menu.

           

Episode 4 - Seascape

Chef Ramsay must work with a hard-headed chef and inexperienced owners to make some changes and bring back customers to Seascape.

Chef Ramsay heads to Fair Lawn, New Jersey to find a lackadaisical wait staff hurting the Italian restaurant Campania's.

           

Episode 10 - The Secret Garden

The Secret Garden is a romantic French restaurant that is on the brink of bankruptcy. Chef Ramsay causes a stir as he suggests changing the ugly décor, the menu and the filthy kitchen.
