Episode 1 - Clean ShotThe next generation of Alaskans must take what nature gives them to ensure their survival. Spring arrives and Alaska comes alive. Deep in the Kenai Fjords, Johnny Rolfe hunts for any opportunity that comes in his cross hairs. Rotten trees threaten to destroy Chris and Jessi Morse’s cabin during high winds. The whitefish run has the Roach family fishing for this resource before time runs out and the Rowlands head upstream to keep their water supply safe from animal contamination.

Episode 2 - Kill or Be KilledAlaskans hunt, build and grow in the struggle to live in the ever-changing Arctic environment. Chris and Jessi encounter a dangerous intruder at their Cosna homestead. The Rowlands recapture a dream to build a chicken coop. Chevie Roach and his daughter Sydney embark on a beaver hunt along the Innoko River and Johnny Rolfe moves another step closer to self-reliance by building a garden.

Episode 3 - Bear ChaseThe next Generation of Alaskans must take advantage of the bounty summer in Alaska brings. Kaleb Rowland hunts the most dangerous predator in order to provide food for his family. Chevie Roach continues to teach his children how to be stewards of the land. Chris and Jessi Morse set their sights on creating a self-sustaining garden while Johnny Rolfe braves rough seas to find food for his beloved dog.

Episode 4 - Risk to RewardAlaska’s harshest conditions force the Next Generation to risk everything and secure the resources they desperately need to survive the winter months ahead. Chevie Roach and his cousin, Roger, brave high waters to secure months’ worth of firewood. Chris and Jessi Morse travel by canoe in search of better hunting grounds. Johnny Rofle turns up the heat, while Kaleb hunts alone on a remote island.

Episode 5 - Nature's BountyAs harsh winter approaches, the next generation of Alaskans use any means necessary to prepare and protect their most valuable resources. Johnny Rolfe travels through rough waters in search of the honey hole. Chris and Jessi Morse venture into new territory. Chevie Roach teaches his children valuable lessons while the Rowlands protect their hard earned firewood.

Episode 6 - Zombie FishTime is ticking for the residents of Alaska to stockpile fresh meat for winter. Johnny presses his luck trying to harvest resources from the ocean. The Millers reach new heights in search of fresh meat for themselves and village elders. The Rowlands explore new land to catch a valuable source of food while Chevie Roach scours the flatlands for moose in order to feed his family through winter.

Episode 7 - Bird of PreyAlaskans must move quickly to secure food before winter covers the Arctic. The Roach family hopes to make up for lost time and harvest fish by gill net. The Millers must work as a team to quickly land black bass and halibut for themselves and the village elders. And Johnny Rolfe follows nature’s lead in an effort to score big game as a snowstorm looms on the horizon

Episode 8 - Deadman's ReturnMother Nature gives the Next Generation a run for their money as they prepare for her wrath. Alex Javor must use his resources to build a fortress around his tent to protect himself. Chris and Jessi Morse brave 50mph winds in search of an ice fishing honey hole while the Roach’s battle the Innoko River to build a steam bath and Johnny Rolfe preps his meat cash for the dark months of winter.

Episode 9 - PricelessAlaska’s harsh dark winter approaches and the Next Generation races the clock in order to survive its wrath. The Millers hope to harvest deer and learn new lessons. Alex Javor sets his sights on a new resource. Chevie and Sonta Roach teach their children keys to surviving off the land while Johnny Rolfe treks far to find a medicinal plant that will help his best friend’s survival.

Episode 10 - The MonsterAs temperatures begin to drop, Alaskans must brace for imminent danger that winter brings. Jessi Morse embarks on her first solo caribou hunt, with Chris’ support. Johnny Rolfe winterizes his cabin before he loses it all while Robert and RJ Miller hone in their duck hunting skills with a new partner and Alex Javor fishes before the lake freezes solid.

On new land, Kaleb Rowland must ensure safety to protect his family. The Millers attempt to keep cultural traditions alive while Alex Javor works hard to keep his camp, and his winters supply safe.

Episode 14 - Death TrapTo survive harsh winter living in isolation, Alaskans must employ bush ingenuity. Johnny Rolfe tries new trapping methods to get fur for cold weather protection. Kaleb Rowland teaches Gilbert how to hunt and be stewards of their new land. The Millers duck hunt in perilous conditions for much needed food. The Roaches keep native traditions alive by making fur clothing for the family.
