Episode 1 - Model Parent

Marlon (Marlon Wayans) convinces Ashley (Essence Atkins) to let Zack model for a kids' athletic line after he is approached in a mall. After the shoot, Stevie (Diallo Riddle), Yvette (Bresha Webb), Marlon and Ashley are horrified to see that the photos have been altered as the shirt he is modeling now contains the phrase "Funky Monkey." Ashley and Marlon decide to pull Zack from the campaign after the advertising executives fail to see the racism of the shirt.

  

Episode 2 - Wingman

Marlon (Marlon Wayans) offers to be Ashley's (Essence Atkins) wingman during a night out at a club. All is going well until Marlon meets someone too and Ashley finds herself jealous. Yvette (Bresha Webb) gives Stevie (Diallo Riddle) a makeover and kisses him in an attempt to make her ex jealous.

  

Episode 3 - Sisters

When Marlon's (Marlon Wayans) sisters come to town, he convinces Ashley (Essence Atkins) to pretend they are still married to keep them from being disappointed. As the weekend goes on, the charade gets harder to keep up and Marlon finally confronts them in an epic confession. After receiving a psychic reading from Lenora (guest star Sherri Shepherd), Stevie (Diallo Riddle) tries to woo Yvette (Bresha Webb) as he thinks they are destined to be together.

  

Episode 4 - Divorce Counseling

Marlon (Marlon Wayans) and Ashley (Essence Atkins) go to see Kamala Shabazz (Kim Wayans), a strong-willed relationship therapist, to help stabilize their rocky divorce. When Marlon exposes Kamala as a fraud, he experiences a breakthrough and realizes he should change his ways. Stevie (Diallo Riddle) gives Yvette (Bresha Webb) an intense massage.

  

Episode 5 - Keepin' It 100

Marlon (Marlon Wayans) decides to buy the house he has been renting since the separation. While prepping for the sale Marlon and Ashley (Essence Atkins) decide that they no longer have to follow the politics of marriage and tell white lies to keep each other happy. They can be totally honest with each other... "Keep It 100." Yvette (Bresha Webb) and Stevie (Diallo Riddle) get involved and the plan eventually backfires when they realize you can be too honest. They all agree to keep it a balmy "77" with a slight breeze.

  

Episode 6 - Man Code

Marlon (Marlon Wayans) and Stevie (Diallo Riddle) see Yvette's (Bresha Webb) fiancé, Demetrius, cheating on her and they disagree whether or not they should tell her. Marlon refuses, claiming they can't break the "man code." Ashley (Essence Atkins) deals with Yvette's new relationship by turning to numerous hobbies. Yvette discovers what is going on and breaks up with Demetrius after he and Marlon get into a fight at her engagement party.

  

Episode 7 - Homecoming

Marlon (Marlon Wayans), Stevie (Diallo Riddle), Yvette (Bresha Webb) and Ashley (Essence Atkins) all attend homecoming weekend at Howell University. Stevie is determined to join the independent fraternity that Marlon created because Stevie was always blocked from membership as an undergrad. Ashley and Yvette get caught up with a couple of young co-eds.

        

Episode 8 - Driving Miss Marley

Marlon (Marlon Wayans) and Ashley (Essence Atkins) discover that Marley (Notlim Taylor) purposefully failed her driver's test because she is afraid to drive. Marlon wants to show her they all need to push through their fears, so he decides to face his own and pet a dog, and that inspires Marley to take her driver's license test. Yvette (Bresha Webb) enlists Stevie's (Diallo Riddle) help to increase her Uber rating, but he accidentally ruins it by throwing up in the car.

  

Episode 9 - Career Day

Marlon (Marlon Wayans) believes that non-traditional careers are being under-represented at Zack's (Amir O'Neil) school career day. To vent his frustration's Marlon decides to speak to Zack and his classmates. He warns them to never be put in a box and to pursue alternative career paths. This backfires and Marlon has to reinforce that school is important, but they should never be told what they can or can't do.

  

Episode 10 - Funeral Party

Marlon (Marlon Wayans) goes all out for his 43rd birthday and decides to throw himself a funeral party after attending his barber's funeral. Everyone speaks at Marlon's party, talking about all the insensitive jokes he made at their expense. This makes Marlon worry that he is too harsh on everyone. They reassure him that they love him and know that even when he is making fun of them it's because he cares.
