Episode 1 - Lupe and Ashley D.

Lupe seems stuck in her weight-loss journey and struggles to qualify for skin surgery. Ashley has lost over 300 pounds, but still has personal difficulties and is struck with sudden paralysis.

  

Episode 2 - Brittani and Sean

Brittani has lost over 300 pounds and tries to qualify for skin surgery to repair the lingering effects of extreme obesity on her body. Sean's weight-loss progress is stalling, and Dr. Now believes Sean's mother may be to blame.

  

Episode 3 - Teretha and Chad

Surgery enables Teretha to finally return to family in Detroit, but it soon threatens to undo her progress. After his gastric bypass, trucker Chad gets back on the road but the job is putting any further weight loss in peril.

  

Episode 4 - Nikki

After losing 250 pounds, Nikki works toward skin surgery that will transform her body. Nikki's progress is derailed when she discovers that a close friend has died from weight-loss surgery, and she is overwhelmed with fears.

  

Episode 5 - Dottie and June

Dottie suffers a tragic loss and tries to stay on track with her weight, while June hopes for skin surgery so she can live the life she has always dreamed of living.

  

Episode 6 - Milla and Charity

Charity has lost 400 pounds but now fears for her daughter, Charly, who is becoming obese. Milla has lost a significant amount of weight and hopes to finally qualify for gastric bypass surgery, despite a personal setback.

  

Episode 7 - Joe W. and Pauline

Once around 800 pounds and housebound, Joe now works to balance his weight-loss goals with wedding planning. Pauline has lost over 300 pounds but still struggles with knee pain and is desperate to qualify for skin surgery.

  

Episode 8 - Laura and Chay

Laura fears complications from skin surgery after her difficult experience following gastric bypass surgery. Chay now lives as a woman and struggles to continue to make progress with her weight loss.
