Episode 1 - The Mortal CupClary Fray finds out on her 18th birthday that she is not who she thinks she is, but rather comes from a long line of Shadowhunters--human-angel hybrids who hunt down demons.

Episode 2 - The Descent Into Hell Isn't EasyClary scrambles to find a way to rescue her kidnapped mother. She quickly learns that a fallen Shadowhunter, Valentine, is to blame and he believe Clary can find him the mystical Mortal Cup.

Episode 3 - Dead Man's PartyClary, Jace, Alec and Isabelle work to rescue Simon from the vampire hideout, Hotel du Mort.

Episode 4 - Raising HellAfter getting a clue about who may have wiped Clary's memories, the crew hunts down the High Warlock of Brooklyn, Magnus Bane. With all the warlocks in hiding from Valentine, the team lures Magnus out with an offer he can't refuse--a killer party and something very valuable.

Episode 5 - Moo Shu to GoTensions escalate between Alec and Clary when they don't see eye to eye on the best way to hunt down Valentine; Alec is put in charge of keeping Clary safe when Jace and Isabelle are sent on a mission; the New York City Werewolf pack begins their hunt for Clary and The Mortal Cup.

Episode 6 - Of Men and AngelsWith Luke in dire need of help, Jace, Clary and Simon take him to Magnus' lair in hopes of saving his life. Once there, the story of how Valentine came to be evil, and Jocelyn and Luke's past is revealed to Clary in hopes of triggering her memory of what happened to The Mortal Cup.

Episode 7 - Major ArcanaRealizing that the Mortal Cup is hidden inside the drawing on Dot's Tarot cards, Clary and Jace break into Luke's precinct where they are hidden.

Episode 8 - Bad BloodWith word of Alec, Jace and Isabelle's activities with Clary reaching The Clave, a convoy is sent to observe the Lightwoods running the New York Institute. Once The Clave representative arrives, it is clear how much trouble the Lightwoods are in.

Episode 9 - Rise UpAfter the attack, the Institute and The Clave are on high alert and taking no prisoners to get answers. When Lydia makes a harsh call on the Seelies, Jace, Clary and Isabelle take drastic actions to stop what is about to take place.

Episode 10 - This World InvertedMeliorn reveals that Clary can locate Valentine by accessing a portal via an alternate dimension.

Episode 11 - Blood Calls to BloodAfter receiving important intel about Valentine from a surprising ally, Clary, Jace, and Luke devise a plan to rescue Jocelyn and to put a stop to Valentine once and for all.

Episode 12 - MalecEveryone at The Institute prepares for the wedding of Alec and Lydia. During what should be a time of great celebration for many is far from it as they examine their relationships. Alec's parabatai should be at his side for the event, yet he and Jace are still at odds.
