Episode 1 - This Guilty BloodOnly hours have passed since Jace left with Valentine and all hell has broken loose at The Institute. Alec, Isabelle and Clary are desperate to find Jace, but are quickly stopped in their tracks with the arrival of Victor Aldertree, who means business about getting the Institute back on track.

Episode 2 - A Door Into the DarkJocelyn's action forces Clary to question how much she knows about the Shadow World. Jace tries to fight Valentine's indoctrination, but is tempted by his darker nature.

Episode 3 - Parabatai LostJace is on the run with both the Clave and Luke's werewolf back on his trail. When he learns Alec is in mortal danger, Jace schemes with Izzy, Magnus and Clary to find a way to save him.

Episode 4 - Day of WrathJace awaits his trial in the City of Bones. Clary is thrown into her first real mission when a demon begins to terrorize the Institute in an attack orchestrated by Valentine.

Once there, more truths are revealed than Izzy and Clary planned. On a mission of their own, Simon and Maia are determined to find Luke who is still missing after the demon attack at the Institute.

Episode 7 - How Are Thou FallenLuke's sister shows up at the Jade Wolf claiming innocence about the recent attack. But with Luke not trusting a word Cleo says, he finds himself at odds with Clary who sees an opportunity to get to Valentine. Meanwhile, Simon gets dating advice from a surprising source as Isabelle takes a dangerous path.

Episode 19 - Hail and FarewellSeeking vengeance, the Shadowhunters relentlessly pursue Valentine and Jonathan. Let by the Seelie Queen, the Downworlders launch their own recovery plans outside of the Clave's governance.

Episode 20 - Beside Still WaterClary realizes the true location of the Mortal Mirror, launching a race against time to stop Valentine from raising the angel Raziel.
