Episode 1 - The Sidekick

During a particularly dangerous encounter with Eggman, Tails is injured. Sonic decides that being his sidekick is too dangerous for Tails and fires him. When auditions are held for a new sidekick, Eggman applies for the job.

  

Episode 2 - Can an Evil Genius Crash On Your Couch for a Few Days?

While his evil lair is undergoing repairs, Dr. Eggman crashes on Tails’ couch and proves to be a very difficult roommate.

  

Episode 3 - My Fair Sticksy

When Sticks is invited to a fancy gala she admits that she doesn’t know how to behave in polite society. Amy teaches her to be a lady.

  

Episode 4 - Circus of Plunders

Sonic and friends join a traveling circus as a favor to the ringmaster, whose performers are all sick. But there's more to this circus than meets the eye.

  

Episode 5 - Closed Door Policy

When Amy realizes that Sticks is a pack rat, she forces her friend to have a garage sale to get rid of all the junk that’s accumulated in her burrow. During the sale, a secret door to an underground world is unlocked and an invading horde is set free.

  

Episode 6 - Unlucky Knuckles

Knuckles feels that the only reason Sonic always bests him is that Sonic has better luck. So, Knuckles tries to run out his bad luck and reset the luck balance of the universe by constantly putting himself in harm’s way.

  

Episode 7 - The Curse of Buddy-Buddy Temple

Sonic and Eggman get trapped in an ancient temple where teamwork and friendship are required in order to escape.

  

Episode 8 - Blue with Envy

A super cool shrew comes to town and threatens Sonic's status as the town's biggest hero.

  

Episode 9 - Translate This

Tails builds a translation robot that inadvertently reveals the subtext of what everyone is saying. This leads to disagreements and fighting among Sonic and friends.

  

Episode 10 - Buster

Sticks adopts a disgusting pet that annoys the rest of the gang.

  

Episode 11 - Eggheads

Eggman turns Amy, Sticks, Tails, and Knuckles into evil clones of himself. Sonic must figure out how to restore them even as they attack him.

  

Episode 12 - Guilt Tripping

Sonic and Tails save a village that's being plundered by bandits — and then find that they can’t leave, because the villagers guilt trip them into staying.

     

Episode 13 - Let's Play Musical Friends

When a sentient computer virus takes over all of Dr. Eggman’s technology, Orbot and Cubot must enter the cyber world in order to defeat it.

  

Episode 14 - Double Doomsday

Dr. Eggman hires an intern who turns out to be a bit unstable. He commandeers Eggman’s doomsday device and is going to set it off. Not to be outdone, Eggman begins building a competing doomsday device. Sonic and Tails step in to avoid disaster.

  

Episode 15 - Fortress of Squalitude

When Dr. Eggman discovers that “Modern Lair" Magazine wants to do a spread on his evil lair, he enlists Amy to help spruce up the place.

  

Episode 16 - Sleeping Giant

Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles accidentally awaken a sleeping rock giant, who begins rampaging.

  

Episode 17 - Curse of the Cross-Eyed Moose

After seeing a cross-eyed moose, Sticks is convinced that she and her friends are cursed. They set out to find a mystical marmoset who is the only one who can remove the curse.

  

Episode 18 - Aim Low

When Dr. Eggman loses his confidence, he enlists the aid of Soar the Eagle, a motivational speaker and life coach. When his confidence is restored, Eggman fires Soar, only to discover that he’s no longer capable of making a decision on his own.

  

Episode 19 - Sole Power

Every time Sonic runs, his speed causes a deafening tone, so he’s forced to give up his speed until a solution can be found. The remedy comes from a very unusual source — Dr. Eggman.

  

Episode 20 - Cowbot

Tails reprograms one of Eggman’s robots and accidentally turns it into a killing machine determined to destroy Eggman. Because it’s their fault, Sonic and Tails must protect their enemy.

  

Episode 21 - The Meteor

A meteor causes Sonic and Eggman to exchange bodies.

  

Episode 22 - Dude, Where's My Eggman?

Orbot and Cubot wake up with no memory of the previous day’s events and discover that Eggman is missing. The two bots set out to find Eggman by figuring out exactly what happened the day before.

  

Episode 23 - How to Succeed in Evil Without Really Trying

When a berry picking machine created by Tails goes nuts and defoliates an orchard, a group of villains thinks Tails is one of them and inducts him into their evil organization. Tails, not realizing their evil purposes, joins the group.

  

Episode 24 - Don't Judge Me

When Eggman is injured during a battle with Sonic, he decides to settle the score... by taking Sonic to court.

  

Episode 25 - Hedgehog Day

After an explosion at his evil lair sends him into a time loop, Eggman relives the same day over and over. He must convince Sonic and the gang to help him fix this time anomaly.

  

Episode 26 - Dr. Eggman's Tomato Sauce

Dr. Eggman markets his own brand of tomato sauce. Does he have ulterior motives or does he just want to share his recipe with the world?

  

Episode 27 - Robot Battle Royale

In order to prove that he's an inventor like Tails, Knuckles challenges Tails to enter the local robot battle. But Eggman is also competing, and he's planning something much bigger than winning a contest.

  

Episode 28 - It Wasn't Me, It Was the One-Armed Hedgehog

Dr. Eggman's particle accelerator has been stolen, and all evidence points to Sonic. Sonic must find the real thief in order to clear his name.

  

Episode 29 - Eggman the Auteur

Eggman is making a movie about his life. He even tries to cast Sonic to play a lame version of Sonic. Is this just a bad movie or a merely a diversion for a secret evil plan?

  

Episode 30 - Chili Dog Day Afternoon

Knuckles wants to win the village's annual Chili Dog Cook-Off. He sets out on a quest to find the perfect ingredients. Along the way he comes across a village of Pepper People and their leader, Claggerhorn, who have been waiting for a savior to help them reclaim their ancestral homeland — which just happens to be the Village Center.

  

Episode 31 - Chez Amy

After a bad experience at Meh Burger, Amy decides to open her own restaurant, starting a rivalry with their former hangout and its most annoying employee, Dave the Intern. But when Amy starts to loose the fast food war, she gains an unlikely partner in Eggman.

  

Episode 32 - Two Good to Be True

When a second Knuckles from an alternate dimension becomes stranded in their world and causes trouble for Sonic and his friends, the gang must figure out a way to get him home.

  

Episode 33 - Late Fees

Sonic realizes he has seven minutes to return Amy's library book and ends up in a race against the clock, as he battles chatty senior citizens, burger cravings, and an angry Eggman.

  

Episode 34 - Bro-Down Showdown

After destroying Amy's couch, Sonic and Knuckles enter a "best friend" game show in order to win her a new one. Unfortunately, the show pairs Sonic up with Eggman, and Eggman has a few evil tricks up his sleeve.

  

Episode 35 - Into the Wilderness

When Sonic gets cocky about his survival skills, Sticks and Amy challenge Sonic and Knuckles to the ultimate survival skills contest.

  

Episode 36 - Mayor Knuckles

When Knuckles is made mayor for the day, he sends the village spiraling into chaos. Sonic and friends, and even Eggman, have to band together to stop him.

  

Episode 37 - Eggman Unplugged

After Sonic and the gang best Eggman by using his own technology against him, Eggman swears off technology for good. In turn, the Lightning Bolt Society seizes this opportunity to take over Eggman's evil lair and unleash an attack on the village. Sonic and friends must get Eggman to use technology again in order to gain back control of his evil lair and stop the Lightning Bolts.

  

Episode 38 - Beyond the Valley of the Cubots

When Orbot and Cubot discover a group of rejected Cubot prototypes hiding in the jungle, they seek the help of Sonic and Tails to protect them from Eggman.

  

Episode 39 - Just A Guy

When Sonic refuses to let Mike, an average guy, battle Eggman, the town turns against him for being insensitive.

  

Episode 40 - Late Night Wars

When Knuckles replaces Comedy Chimp on his late night talk show, Comedy Chimp seeks the help of Eggman to steal back the show. Sonic and the gang must save their friend.

  

Episode 41 - Role Models

When Sonic and the gang win an award for being role models, it comes with a price that keeps them from doing their jobs as heroes. Seeing an opportunity, Eggman launches an attack.

  

Episode 42 - New Year's Retribution

While the rest of the village is celebrating New Year's Eve, Eggman decides to slow down time in order to complete his previous year's resolution of defeating Sonic just once before year's end.

  

Episode 43 - Fuzzy Puppy Buddies

Amy and Eggman bond over a tabletop figurine game called Fuzzy Puppies. When the gang finds out about the new friendship, they're suspicious and begin to worry about her safety.

  

Episode 44 - Next Top Villain

Dave the Intern sets out to prove his villainy to his mother, but his attempts all fail... until he inadvertently captures Dr. Eggman. With Eggman out of the picture, Dave hijacks his robots and attacks the village. Sonic must rescue Eggman to enlist his help in saving the day.

  

Episode 45 - Fire in a Crowded Workshop

When Tails' workshop is destroyed by a fire, Sonic, Knuckles, and Amy each have conflicting versions of how it happened.

  

Episode 46 - Tails' Crush

Something is wrong with Tails! It turns out he has a crush on one of the villagers. Each one of his friends gives him advice on getting the girl. Tails tries them all but doesn't seem to be getting anywhere. Meanwhile, Eggman has trouble picking up his package from the post office.

  

Episode 47 - Cabin Fever

The gang decides to ride out a big storm at Amy's house. Things quickly spiral out of control when they discover Amy has written a play portraying her friends in a not so flattering light.

  

Episode 48 - Battle of the Boy Bands

When Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles think Amy and Sticks are being brainwashed by their boy band heartthrob, the guys go undercover to investigate — by forming a boy band of their own.

  

Episode 49 - No Robots Allowed

Because of his robots, Eggman is in trouble with the Home Owners’ Association that has jurisdiction over his lair. He will stop at nothing to defeat the association, even if it means winning them over with a fancy and charming dinner party.

  

Episode 50 - Counter Productive

Knuckles tries to make amends for a past misdeed, but unfortunately for his former "victim" and everyone else in the village, he only succeeds at making things worse.

  

Episode 51 - Designated Heroes

The gang accepts a dare from Eggman to fight him not as a group but one at a time. Eggman gains the advantage when he's able to use each of their weaknesses against them.

  

Episode 52 - It Takes a Village to Defeat a Hedgehog

In his most diabolical plan yet, Eggman decides to band together with all of Sonic's enemies. However, working in a group with a bunch of villains isn't as easy as it sounds. And it gets even more complicated when Sonic's greatest foe, Shadow the Hedgehog, joins the fight.
