With Bo and Luke gone, Boss Hogg (Sorrell Booke) plans to steal government printing plates and make himself the richest man in the country. He is unaware that two more Duke cousins, Coy and Vance Duke (Byron Cherry and Christopher Mayer) have arrived in Hazzard, complicating his scheme.
