Episode 1 - Down in LABroke and desperate, an evicted Abby finds a place to crash at “The Lux” motel in L.A. Here, she meets a group of like-minded displaced dreamers: Raquel, a former teen star who needs another chance, Alicia, a tenacious dancer who gets so close in every audition, Tariq, an intern/gopher trying to get noticed in the competitive hip-hop world, Nick, a struggling comedian who has no luck with women and Connor, the strikingly handsome Australian actor who’s on his way out since he just landed a series. Are the fates telling Abby it’s time to go back to Toronto and give up her dreams or will tomorrow be her day? One never knows in the City of Angels…

Episode 2 - Do SomethingWhat does a struggling artist do when opportunity knocks…or doesn’t? Abby is given the chance to make some big cash as long as she's willing to "play the part". Raquel decides she's not going to wait by the phone any longer and starts pushing to get a movie made for her to play the lead. Alicia's not having any luck with her dancing auditions and takes a different approach by attending a party with a D-list actor. After presenting an impressive demo at the studio, Tariq is offered the golden ticket. He’s going to produce a track with “The” Kaldrick King. When he meets the infamous rapper, Tariq quickly realizes that this new role won't be easy.

Episode 3 - Who You KnowAfter being told that her Hollywood stock has plummeted, Raquel has a major setback. Offended and angry, she is even more hell-bent on getting Kevin and Cam's script made. Meanwhile Nick, who is having a hard time finding his voice on stage, has a potential breakthrough. Tariq's new track is shot down by Kaldrick, is he carrying a grudge? Alicia gets an unexpected proposition. Connor struggles keep his head above water at work. And Abby’s new role isn't exactly what she expected.

Episode 4 - The Other Side of the DoorTariq encourages Kal to take a break from L.A. and all their hard work in the studio. Feeling lost and discouraged, Abby and Nick spend the day discovering the city. A birthday is not necessarily an aging actress’s best reminder that time is slipping away and Raquel looks to Gary and then Connor to make her feel better. When Alicia’s business venture with Ricky doesn’t yield a great return, an unexpected opportunity presents itself.

Episode 5 - HomeAfter an improv class, Nick finally meets a kindred spirit in L.A. Alicia has a good first day at work that may open some doors for her. Tariq brings Abby to the studio and she lays down some stellar vocals, but it sparks a fight with Kaldrick. After much finessing, Raquel secures financing for her project. Meanwhile Connor is finding it hard to keep up appearances at work.

Episode 6 - Burn It DownNick and Abby try to get something started, but keep getting in each other’s way. Kal and Tariq finally mend fences and get back to recording. Meanwhile, Connor finds some solace in an old friend. Raquel gets the movie funded…but now what? And Alicia has a career breakthrough.

Episode 7 - VacancyKal sets out to make things right with Tariq. Connor is eager to drown his sorrows and turns to Raquel for comfort. Back at The Lux, Nick and Abby take their relationship to the next level.

Episode 8 - The ContractConnor gets an interesting offer from A-list movie star. Abby tries her best to masquerade as a good Christian girl on her first day on “Saying Grace”. Nick’s pitted against his former fling, Sabrina.

Episode 9 - Choose Your BattlesKal dives right into recording his new album. Connor finally uses his influence and gets Raquel a role. Nick and Abby’s rocky relationship is put to the test. And Beth breaks a few rules to get Simon more auditions.

Episode 10 - Be a ManKal reconnects with the past. Raquel suffers a blow to her ego on set. Abby looks to befriend her “Saying Grace” co-star. Nick tries to beat Sabrina at her own game. Beth’s mouth runs her into trouble.

Episode 12 - Rules of ThirdsKal is at a crossroads. Connor has an unpleasant encounter with Jennifer’s ex. Raquel takes a paycheck gig. Nick is surprised to find Sabrina up to her old tricks and sets out to even the score.

Episode 13 - Half WayConnor deceives Jennifer in order to keep his makeshift family intact. Raquel starts pulling the puppet strings of her new cast mates. Abby’s relationship drama causes major problems in her professional life. Nick and Sabrina square off.

Episode 14 - StayBeth and Cam search for Simon. Connor finds his family dynamic is full of surprises. Kal takes small steps towards a healthy relationship. Nick goes to extreme lengths to come up with fresh material. Abby takes a paycheck gig as an extra. Raquel tries to set things right in rehab.

Episode 15 - Help WantedConnor faces an astonishing blast from the past. Raquel runs into serious financial problems. Nick gets caught between a rock and a hard place at work. Kal brings Abby into the studio for a surprise session. Beth and Cam’s romance starts to heat up.

Episode 16 - Make It RightAbby sets out to find Tariq before Kal does. Charlotte introduces Connor to Scienetics. Nick meets Sabrina’s parents. Cam takes Beth on their first date while Simon babysits Kevin. Raquel struggles to make money for the film while working her Joe job.

Episode 17 - Now or NeverBeth and Simon spend the day with their estranged father. Abby reconnects with Gray after her trip to Montreal. Connor confronts Charlotte about Scienetics. Raquel suffers a close call behind the bar. Sabrina moves in with Nick. Kal lays down something completely new in the studio.

Episode 18 - X's and O'sConnor is arrested for arson and insurance fraud. Nick takes the stage for a friend while Sabrina waits to hear about a callback. Kal stands vigil outside his father’s hospital room. Abby and Gray try to undo a drunken mistake. Raquel fights not to fall for the guy she’s scamming.

Episode 19 - Don't Say GoodbyeHorrified by Charlotte’s kiss, Connor seeks solace in Scienetics. Raquel prepares for the fundraiser. Nick and Sabrina face a relationship crisis. Kal attempts to recover the hard drive before he is outed. Beth fights to keep Simon in her life. Abby makes a life-changing choice.
