Episode 1 - Pilot

Episode 2 - Love, McCarthys Style

Ronny (Tyler Ritter) fakes an anniversary party for his mom and dad to convince a new boyfriend that the McCarthys are a loving and affectionate family.

  

Episode 3 - The Good Coach

As Ronny looks for a way to be a good assistant to Arthur and Jackie pursues her dream job as a sportscaster, Sean and Gerard vie for the same coaching position.

  

Episode 4 - Supporting Jackie

After Jackie goes to her birthing class alone, the family decides to support her by developing a list of all the things she can't do or eat. When the family struggles with keeping Jackie on track, Jackie starts a Kickstarter campaign to gain support for her pregnancy.

  

Episode 5 - Thanks a Lot, Ronny

The family works together to manipulate Gerard into breaking up with his offensive girlfriend during Thanksgiving dinner.

  

Episode 6 - Why Guys Shouldn't Date Their Sister's Ex

Marjorie learns that Jackie's ex-boyfriend is gay, so she tries to fix Ronnie up with him. Meanwhile, Sean gives Gerard a birthday gift that proves to be disappointing to everyone but Marjorie.

  

Episode 7 - Arthur and Marjorie's Night Apart

Marjorie prepares a care package for Arthur with instructions on how to perform basic life skills, when she learns she needs to spend a night in a hospital.

  

Episode 8 - Red Sox Swap

Marjorie invites their upstairs tenant to join the family for Christmas and watch them play their extremely competitive gift-exchange game called the "Red Sox Swap."

  

Episode 9 - Sister Act

Marjorie's overly competitive sister visits and their sibling rivalry gets the better of them, which forces their families to lie to one another.

  

Episode 10 - Hall of Fame

Marjorie tries to protect Gerard from getting his feelings hurt by leading him to believe he was inducted into the High School Hall of Fame. Meanwhile, Ronny works with Arthur to write a speech honoring his late assistant coach and Jackie's baby-daddy.

  

Episode 11 - The Ref

Ronny dates a handsome ref who has a history of infuriating Arthur. To make matters worse, Ronny invites the guy over for dinner to convince Arthur he is a nice guy. Meanwhile, Katrina worries Gerard is cheating on her when he begins acting suspicious.

  

Episode 12 - Gerard's Engagement Party

Gerard misses his own engagement party when he gets on the wrong Boston Harbor cruise ship, so Marjorie is forced to bond with her soon-to-be daughter-in-law. Meanwhile, Sean hits it off with Katrina's mother; and Arthur judges Jackie for how her baby was conceived.

  

Episode 13 - Cutting the Cord

The McCarthys make a family bet to see who can be independent the longest, after they realize they have become too dependent on one another. Meanwhile, Jackie hides her pregnancy when she goes on a date.

  

Episode 14 - Family Therapy

The family crash Ronny's therapy session and air their grievances about one another.

  

Episode 15 - End Games

The series concludes with the McCarthy siblings each trying to prove they are responsible enough to be appointed executor of their parents' will.
