Season 2 Episode Guide

Episode 1 - The Space Between

It’s summer in Port Haven - a time that Del Landry has long claimed is “magic.” However, Kat and Alice feel like “magic” is far behind them: after a near-fatal jump in the pond seven months prior, they have sworn off time travel in an attempt to embrace life in the present, however ordinary it feels. But the extraordinary is never far out of reach, and neither is the past. While Del is determined to recreate traditions of long-ago family summers and Alice misses her 1999 friends, Kat grapples with new layers of Jacob’s disappearance in the wake of losing Elliot as a support system for her and for Alice.

Episode 2 - Hanging by a Moment

All three Landry women have dreams that will inevitably morph into very different realities. Kat’s dream is to reunite with her little brother Jacob only to find that she faces an unexpected harsh reality. Alice has been pining for the glory days she enjoyed in 1999 but has to accept the fact that that pure happiness is perhaps gone forever, while trying to heal the hurt she has caused Teen Elliot by confiding in him about the future. Del welcomes the idea of a summer of magic but her dream turns into a reality that takes her back to long buried memories.

Episode 3 - When You Were Young

The Landry women and Elliot each face hard truths about the realities of growing up. Kat comes to terms with more information she's gathered about Jacob, Alice realizes she shouldn’t be in such a rush to be treated like one of the adults just yet, and Del reacquaints herself with the inner child she thought she’d lost for good. Elliot and Kat reach a new understanding and try to move forward, as he finds himself once again advising Kat and Alice about their journeys to the past.

Episode 4 - Wake Me Up When September Ends

Alice's latest jump to the past takes her to a world reeling in the aftermath of 9/11. The carefree teens she once knew have seemingly grown up overnight - and when she gets a front row seat to her parents' engagement, she discovers it doesn't exactly match up with the story she's been told, as she finally learns the truth about Elliot’s feelings for Kat back in 2001. Kat searches for answers about the past, while Brady pays a visit and helps Del try to save the farm’s future by negotiating with Del’s new neighbor, Sam.

Episode 5 - Long Time Gone

It’s the end of Port Haven’s summer season, a season that always closes with an event that unites both tourist and local alike: Founders Weekend. It’s a chance for people to don their best period garb and pay homage to the town’s history… and to the Founding Families who played such a big role in it. As a result, Del, Kat, Alice, and Elliot find themselves in the spotlight, whether they like it or not. For Del and Elliot, that spotlight brings painful memories to light. Del tries to fight the sparks she’s starting to feel for her new neighbor, Sam, while Alice’s new connection with Noah is beginning to blossom. Meanwhile, Kat grapples with the feelings she still has for Elliot, but sparks are forgotten when Kat is presented with her greatest challenge yet.

Episode 6 - How to Save a Life

The Landry women reach an emotional climax over losing Jacob in both past and present. As Kat works to conjure up an elaborate rescue in 1814, Del and Alice go through their own ordeal when Del gets a call that Jacob may have finally been found. Having finally laid eyes on her brother Jacob before losing him once again, Kat is desperate and determined to bring him home to present day Port Haven. But her mission is fraught with equal measures of bravery and danger. Meanwhile, in the present, Alice and Elliot band together to support Kat as best they can.

Episode 7 - Somewhere Only We Know

As Kat works to save Jacob’s life in 1814, Del embarks on a blossoming friendship with Sam while Alice attempts to get to the bottom of what really drove Kat and Del apart all those years ago. But hidden secrets and emotions threaten to rise to the surface and throw all three of the Landry women off course, as Elliot begins to question how much of Kat’s heart is in 1814.

Episode 8 - Lose Yourself

Alice visits 2007 to uncover the mystery of Lingermore, while Kat, Elliot and Del grapple with how that disastrous night’s events and its aftermath continue to affect their relationships. Alice is convinced the 'party gone wrong' at Lingermore holds the key to what ultimately tore Del and Kat apart. But what she actually witnesses there may destroy her bond with Elliot in both timelines.

Episode 9 - Here Without You

All three Landry women feel the absence of a key ally in their respective stories as they struggle to make life-altering decisions and choices. For Kat, that person is Jacob… when he tells her he isn’t going to return to the present with her. For Alice, it’s Elliot… after having realized he was so willing to potentially erase her very existence in 2007. And for Del, it’s Sam… as she grapples with the offer from the Goodwin family to purchase the farmland, she realizes she’s come to rely on him as a voice of reason in the storm that is her family life.

Episode 10 - Bring Me to Life

Del, Kat, Alice, and Elliot each receive answers about their past and present, while hope for the future brings new questions.
